STAY FAR AWAY from this company. I ordered flooring a month ago. Paid in full. They are impossible to get a hold of (always goes to voicemail of people who don't even work there anymore), flooring was never shipped, and they never return your calls. It's a SCAM, they take your money but never send product!!!! A month later after I posted a bad review I get an email from Osaka that my flooring was supposedly shipped to another place and for Kevin to handle it. You would think the owner should not pass the buck and handle it herself. I had to report fraud on my credit card to reverse charges. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They string you along but never ship product.

I went to Ellegant after getting outrageous estimates from box stores and contractors. From the first call to the last, everyone was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional! Oksana worked with me for the layout and materials I wanted, offering me options that were within my budget - and they came in under budget! The guys who came out to put in the kitchen and flooring were great! Anytime there was a question, they immediately asked me what I wanted. They were fantastic! They have an eye for detail and the professionalism to get the job done right quickly. They brought everything they needed with them and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them, and I intend to use them again.

I hired Ellegant Home design to do some projects to help get my home ready for sale. They were quick to respond to my call and came out to do an itemized estimate which included a timeline. I am happy to say that they stuck to the estimate and the jobs were completed within the timeline stated. Their pricing is very competitive and the projects were done quickly, efficiently and the results were of the highest quality. The projects involved construction, plumbing and electrical. Great company to work with. Prompt, professional, competent, attentive to detail, reliable are words that come to mind. The design team did a great job in the planning stages. The job was begun on time and completed on schedule. Workmen are highly skilled, hard working, and clean. We were able to live in the home during an extensive remodeling project. They’ve completed two separate projects for us and we plan to use them in the future. Recommend highly to family and friends.
