Hire Pro Man Inc.

Hire Pro Man recently finished our new home construction, and the experience was flawless. Sasha is an honest leader who demands excellence from every trade on-site. They managed the entire lifecycle of the project - architectural design, structural engineering, and final finishes - with a level of professionalism that is truly world-class. The communication was constant, and the project stayed perfectly on schedule despite the complexities of building in a coastal zone. The technical quality of the build is 10/10. From the energy-efficient HVAC layout to the rock-solid framing and high-output electrical panel, every system was engineered for long-term reliability. We felt completely secure knowing we were working with a fully licensed and bonded powerhouse that knows San Diego building codes inside and out. The site was kept incredibly clean, and the crew’s work ethic was unmatched. The Result: We have a stunning, high-performance home that is as beautiful as it is structurally sound. The attention to detail in the finish carpentry and the stone installation is something you only see in luxury architectural magazines. If you value your time and want a superior product delivered with total integrity, hire Hire Pro Man.

Our Experience with HireProMan: Everything In-House: They did the design, engineering, and construction all within their firm. No more "blame game" between the architect and the contractor. Project Management: There was no guessing games about what is going on. Sasha kept us informed about all city inspections and deliveries. Protecting our Home: They were not just doing the work in our home, they were protecting it. We really liked the dust barriers and daily clean-up. The Workmanship: This is evident from the small things like straight door handles to seamless floor transitions. Our Conclusion: They are professional, licensed, and highly organized. Our new kitchen has totally changed our home!

Our master bathroom needed an overhaul. It looked dark, cluttered, and a bit depressing to use at the start of the day. HireProMan did a wonderful job. They replaced our old tub/shower combination with a large frameless walk-in shower, the old vanity with a sleek and stylish floating one, laid lovely gray porcelain tiles with heated flooring, and added good lighting and a huge backlit mirror. From the get-go, Sasha was down-to-earth and practical. The job was done professionally, with minimal mess and dust in just three weeks. This bathroom is completely transformed. It now looks bright and warm. Mornings have become a bit more enjoyable since we upgraded our bathroom. And it finally fits in with the rest of the house. HireProMan did a great job with no drama involved. Sasha made the whole thing simple and effortless for us. Very satisfied with the result.

Over the years of having subpar contractors, it was a relief to have HireProMan as our contractor. Sasha and his crew are not just builders, but great project managers and professionals. At the beginning of the complicated room addition project, we appreciated their knowledge about structural engineering and San Diego building codes. They took full responsibility for obtaining the permits and creating the architectural design, taking our budget and schedule into account. The construction stage was very impressive too. The work done was extremely professional, and the job site was always kept clean. It is a pleasure to work with a licensed, bonded, and insured company that is really dedicated to their work. The craftsmanship is excellent. There is no difference between our existing home and the new addition. All electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing work was done at a very high level. HireProMan did exactly what they promised and even surpassed our expectations.

It turned out to be everything we could have hoped for and more! Sasha and the HireProMan team treated our house as though it was theirs. The dedication to excellence can be seen through all aspects of the work from the exquisite architectural features to the flawless transitions between each room. What came together at the end was a luxurious home that looks elegant, timeless and unique to our family. We feel blessed everyday having chosen HireProMan to design and build our dream house.

We didn’t just want a simple renovation; we were after a luxury remodel, one that would totally transform the look of our home. HireProMan definitely came through. The quality is immediately obvious from the minute you walk into the house. Each room has its own distinctive style while at the same time there’s a unified beauty about everything. Hire Pro Man just completed a room addition that transformed our home from feeling tight to wonderfully spacious and modern – we’re absolutely loving the change! Their full in-house team covered everything – concept design, structural engineering, city permits, Title 24 compliance, and every phase of construction. No subcontractors causing delays or confusion. The initial consultation was thorough, the 3D renderings were spot-on, the pricing was clear and fixed from the start, and they stuck to the timeline perfectly. The crew was top-notch: always on time, super respectful of our property, kept dust and noise under control, and left the site spotless daily. The quality shines through – flawless framing, beautiful drywall and trim work, perfect floor transitions, and energy-efficient windows that make the space feel premium.

HireProMan delivered an incredible kitchen remodel that turned our tired, cramped San Diego kitchen into a bright, open, and incredibly usable centerpiece of our home. We went for a complete overhaul: knocking down a wall for better flow, installing a large island with seating, sleek shaker-style cabinets, durable quartz counters, new stainless-steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and upgraded flooring that ties everything together perfectly. Right from the consultation, their team paid close attention to what mattered most to us - maximum storage, easy maintenance, plenty of counter space, and a warm modern vibe. They created detailed 3D plans that let us see (and tweak) the layout before any demo started. Since they manage design, permits, engineering, plumbing, electrical, and construction all internally, the whole project ran smoothly with no finger-pointing or surprise delays. They kept us updated every step of the way, stuck to the quoted price with zero hidden costs, and finished right on schedule. The crew was courteous, kept the work area spotless daily, and the quality of the work was outstanding - perfectly level counters, spot-on tile alignment, beautiful paint and trim details, and flawless integration with the adjacent rooms. Today, our kitchen feels like it belongs in a magazine: it’s more functional for everyday cooking, looks stunning, and makes hosting friends and family so much more enjoyable. Our home’s value jumped noticeably, and everyone who visits asks who handled the remodel! For anyone in Southern California thinking about a kitchen renovation (or any home improvement project), HireProMan stands out for their professionalism, transparency, and beautiful results. We’re thrilled with the outcome and can’t recommend them enough - straight 5+ stars!
