We would highly recommend J&;E Modern construction. Right away the experience of working with Shay was different than other contractors we had reached out to. He is very easy to communicate with and he responds very quickly. The planning phase was very thorough, which led to the project being completed in a very timely manner. Shay’s team were very dedicated to getting the job done quickly so we could get back to using our home again. When there were hiccups, as inevitably there are in an extensive home renovation, Shay always came back to us with a “no problem, we’ll fix it” attitude. Shay’s sub-contractors were also great to work with and very professional. Our project included a mudroom addition as well as a gut remodel of the kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I have nothing but praise for this business. In my living room, I installed two sky tunnels with electric light dampers, and they look stunning and function flawlessly. Shay and his team were extremely prompt, courteous, professional, and immaculate during the installation from the very first call. When they left my house, everything was tidy and his staff was courteous. Even though you might have to wait for a spot in their busy schedule, it will be well worth the wait to work with a top-notch, trustworthy organization. I'll use this business once more! I am beyond happy that they converted my bathtub into a shower. Estimate was the least expensive of the two that I had. But the major reason I chose him was that he does all of the work himself. There is no waiting for contractors or scheduling with them. He comes every day and works a full day, so he may not respond to you immediately away. He also only works on one job at a time. However, he was really quick to answer when we communicated while my job was still being done. He is quite amenable to working with. Don't wait any longer if you're thinking about turning your bathtub into a shower. You'll adore the result.
