My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting Chen and discussing our extensive renovation project, and am confident his team would have performed excellent work with the utmost integrity. Although I accepted a bid from another contractor, it was based upon that contractor's experience with projects of our specific character and style. It has been a pleasure to get to know Chen and Manchen Construction, and I will undoubtedly consider them for any future work.

Definitely the best experience I have ever had with contractor and I worked with many of them. Manchen Construction recently remodeled my master bathroom and although it wasn't a big project Denny and his team took it very seriously and work hard every day and project was finished on time and with excellent outcome. The final bill was fair and acceptable. So everything was like they promised, even better. Thank you Manchen Construction, will recommend and work again with them.
