We hired Montgomery Property Solutions to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. We’d already hired a designer. MPS did a phenomenal job. From the beginning, Andrea communicated with us promptly and organized everything flawlessly—everything related to the big project and everything related to minor projects that we asked her to tackle along the way: lead testing, repointing and mortar repair, an exterior light fixture install. Julio is able to foresee issues with any project from the beginning and throughout the project. He also does excellent work. I’ve never seen tile installed so beautifully, and it’s crazy that it’s in our own home. Andrea and Julio are also lovely people to know and to talk to. We keep hiring them for other things, large and small. I hope they’ll be in our lives for many years, as contractors but also as friends. I recommend Montgomery Property Solutions without any reservations.

MPS remodeled a portion of our basement. We are very pleased with the process and the finished product. Communication was clear, timelines were met, budgeting was transparent and competitive, and the crews were efficient and tidy. The owners were also lovely to work with and we will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys did spectacular work, finishing on time. That’s because they started on time. Their work was incredible (a wood railing up and down a staircase), highly professional and amazingly friendly. I can recommend these guys without hesitation and I gotta tell you, I’ll be using them for many more projects.

Working with MPS was a joy! We feel so lucky to have found trustworthy, transparent, and flexible people to work with on our large-scale home renovation. My favorite parts of working with MPS were: The detailed timeline they developed so we knew what to expect, the daily logs on Google Docs which described work finished and showed pictures of the progress each day, and the clear communication from Andrea and Julio. MPS was open to changes and new requests that we made. For design choices, they narrowed down options and presented 3-5 things and gave us the choice. They were also open to feedback about how they can serve us better as customers. We always felt that they were honest brokers and they had our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend MPS to my friends/family doing home renovations!

Julio and Andrea at Montgomery Property Solutions (MPS) were an absolute dream to work with. I hired MPS to renovate my fireplace in my brand new condo in DC. They took my boring concrete fireplace and turned it into a gorgeous focal point in my living room - based on a photo I provided. MPS was responsive and flexible and worked with me to stay within budget and make amendments along the way. The entire time they communicated with me to ensure I was happy with every last detail. Julio is so talented and constructed my floating shelves overnight when we realized the shelves I had purchased for the project would not work as I had originally thought. Renovating and home projects can be very stressful and overwhelming, however working with MPS was a pleasure and allowed me to enjoy the process and be excited about my new space and home! I highly recommend MPS for all of your home projects - you won't regret it!

We recently used Montgomery Property Solutions to finish our garage, which was partially drywalled and otherwise unfinished when we purchased the home. We ultimately hired MPS for their fair pricing but, more importantly, for their professionalism and timely communication. Once the project was underway, Julio and his team were always on time (actually early) each morning. And Andrea came by to review the progress of the day and set expectations for the project. Any changes were communicated in person as well as via the online project dashboard. We were very happy with the entire MPS team, the finished project and would absolutely hire them again!

Andrea and Julio do outstanding work. Julio designed and built a full set of cabinets for our laundry room. More recently he installed a 10 foot wall of kitchen cabinets with remarkable attention to detail and fine finishing touches. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had several plumbers come out to fix a slow drain and none could fix. They ran their snake, couldn’t clear and gave up. Turns out the pipe (buried in concrete) failed and collapsed needing to be completely replaced. Not only did Montgomery Property Solutions correctly diagnose the problem and fix it, since the tub had to be removed, i went ahead and had them put in a new shower and fix up the master bath as well. Great job. Great service. Fair pricing. Best of all, they know what they’re doing and how to do it right the first time.

MPS has done several projects for me and I have been 100% satisfied every time. I recently bought a house where an entry way closet was missing. MPS helped me solve this problem by installing a beautiful coat closet that blended seamlessly with the existing colonial style of the house. MPS also built me a beautiful custom bookshelf along the empty wall of my family room which added so much warmth to the living area. I absolutely love the fine cabinetry work and attention to detail. I also had a minor flooding incident and they were able to repair and paint the areas where the drywall was damaged, leaving the area completely restored. I highly recommend MPS to anyone who needs home improvement work - high quality craftsmanship and amazing communication.
