Wally and his team just completed a total renovation on our 25 year old home we just bought. We had to have total trust in Wally as this renovation occurred while we were living in another province and our only communication was via text and FaceTime. The reno took four months and came in right on budget. We finally saw the finished result when we arrived in province in April 2020. We could not have been happier with the results, new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, 3 sets of patio doors, updated plumbing and electrical and finally painting. Our house moved out of the dated 90’s and become a modern, contemporary showpiece! Wally was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him, he is a consummate professional!

- Had our kitchen and bathrooms renovated with new cabinets, sinks, accessories, countertops, mirrors, toilet paper dispensers, tile, etc. - Job took about 3 weeks. (Including non working days contractors not here). - Cleaned up the debris and removal. - Damage from installation was minimal, very minor nicks and dents. - Very friendly and professional contractor(s). - Cost was less than we expected. - Fast responses to questions we had. - Didn't try to sell you upgrades you didn't need. - Recommended upgrades that make sense. - Also going to have our place touched up, minor dents, cracks, etc. and painted by them in the near future. - Very impressed with the work done and highly recommend this company.

Wally with Murovec Renovations completed a beautiful home renovation for Interior Design clients of mine in West Kelowna. This was a substantial project which required the clients to live outside the home for the duration of the work being completed. Wally managed this project so professionally and considerately with respect to the homeowners being out of their home. My clients spoke so highly of his attention to detail and his patience with the typical indecisions most home owners run into over the course of project. Also noteworthy - Murovec's trades were very quality minded and left behind a beautiful finished product.

Wally Murovec provided us with an estimate to make substantial renovations to our newly purchased older home. He broke it down for us so that we could make the renos in stages, and provided us with an accurate price range of materials and labor. We will use his services in the upcoming year when we reno our kitchen/walkin storage room, knocking out walls, creating a floor, a washroom, and opening up the entire kitchen. When speaking with him, his extensive knowledge from years of experience is evident, as he also will provide us with information about things of which we were not aware, such as the slant on our kitchn floor and that we need to even out the floor before we put in new flooring. He also provided us with background on each of the types of flooring, the pros and cons. Lyn Murovec has excellent design ideas. She lent me her color blocks and then came and sat with me in my home to get a feel of what I would like to do and colors that would help me attain it. I used the paint color that she recommended in my bedroom and love it. As we are still in the stages of painting some rooms and haven't yet started the big renos, we do not have pictures that would do it justice. Suffice it to say, I grew up with a carpenter/renovator father who built shelves, rooms, houses, and skyscrapers alike, so I know quality and Murovec Renovations have high quality at excellently reasonable prices.

We hired Murovec Renovations to update a 15 year old bungalow as a vacation home. Much of this was done from a distance, as we could not be there until near the end of the process. We have built and renovated many homes over the years, and Murovec is the best contractor we have ever had. Excellent work, respectful of a client's budget and timetable constraints, and totally professional in all respects. We are delighted with the results, and actually enjoyed the Reno experience!

Our March, 2013 reno was the second time we worked with Murovic. Renovations can be stressful but Wally and his team are very competent, professional, and efficient. They are exceptionally pleasant to work with and one can trust their decisions. We did have an unfortunate glitch (not their fault) with one of the products used in our first renovation, but Wally and his supplier corrected the situation without hesitation. This week we are beginning the last phase of the main floor renovations and I am relieved that we are working with this company. I'll write again when it is completed. I am very proud of the work they did and hope to load pictures when all is completed.

Wally Murovec and his team at Murovec Renovations have recently completed a major renovation of our home. Townhouse remodelling. Wally looked after flooring (tile, lino, and carpet), painting, kitchen counter and backsplash, and miscellaneous bits and pieces. The job was well-done and problems with the subcontractors were fixed promptly. Wally took my ideas and converted them into something which looks great. The job took a little longer than promised, but that's normal, and I was very satisfied with the result.
