Renovate, Inc. celebrates its 35th year in business this year! Founded in 1981 by Karen and Frank Castjohn, Renovate is now under the capable leadership of their son, Nick. In addition to 20+ years of experience in construction, Nick brings an MBA in Strategic Management to the business, along with a love of new construction.

Remodel Force

As an industry consultant, I got to work with Nick when helping him implement a "client for life" business model. What I enjoyed most is that Nick is open to new ideas and didn't hesitate to implement the new concepts being reviewed. Combined with his MBA in Strategic Management, he understand how to run a professional building company, and is open to implementing new and innovative business ideas. Based on the many honest and open conversations we have had, I would not hesitate to hire Nick to work on my own project and would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a capable and professional builder. He is an honest, hard-working industry professional. I wish there were more like him.
