I recently had the pleasure of working with Royal Construction on a garage conversion project to create an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The experience was exceptional from start to finish, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. The finished ADU exceeded my expectations. The transformation of my garage into a fully functional living space is nothing short of amazing. The layout is both practical and stylish, making excellent use of the available space. High-quality materials and finishes give the ADU a modern yet cozy feel. It's evident that attention was paid to every detail, from the insulation and lighting to the flooring and cabinetry. Marrell which is the project manager was a great help especially at the finish.

We’re so delighted with our new kitchen. Royal Construction did a great job. Their counter top fabricator, Pedro, was amazing. All the workers were prompt and thorough throughout the project. They were finished sooner than we expected. So happy with my kitchen.

Royal Construction came in to do all of our windows and sliding doors. Yotam as the project manager and his team were really great throughout the entire process. Whenever we had any questions or concerns they were answered promptly. The windows and doors look really great and have changed our home for the better.

Royal Construction took on a large project at our home to install solar panels on a Spanish tile roof. We have been turned down by many companies because it's a tougher job when it comes to Spanish tiling. Royal Construction took on the job and we had zero problems with the roofing that was provided. They took on harder and more tedious work that so many said no to and provided work that came out with a lovely completed roof. As the project progressed we were always able to reach out and get answers to any questions or concerns we had. We appreciate the care and communication we were given during the duration of the project

Yotam was amazing from start to finish. We had solar panels installed and our HVAC replaced. He was available to answer all questions and made sure the project was done efficiently. I appreciate all the hard work and the fact that they pulled city permits adding a layer of protection for the company and me.
