Andy is a super professional contractor. Very easy to work with. Will be doing a lot more projects with him!

This guy (Andy) and his crew, especially Wes, rock. I would rather not post this review, as it may mean he becomes too busy for the likes of me and my lame small projects. But for now, if you decide to use this GC, he is reliable, honest, extremely hard working, on time, diligent, etc, etc...You get the picture. He gets the job done and he does it well, and on time. He built our house we live in and he's doing an addition project for me soon as well. Very professional. I obviously can't say enough good things. Andy is awesome!

Remodeled store per corporates specifications. Seymour GC did an amazing job. They completed the project fast, efficient and professionally. They were flexible and willing to work with me on things I needed and wanted done. I only wanted to be closed for 5 days and they made it happened. I will recommend them to everyone. I will be using them for my new stores remodel when the time comes. Very satisfied with the work they did.

I hired Seymour GC to update a 60-year old bathroom. Because we have only one bathroom in our 850 sf unit, we wanted it done in just a week. Because I have seen my neighbors encounter months of challenges remodeling in this old building, I opted to have the extensive tile work resurfaced rather than removed and replaced. Another company did that tile resurfacing. I needed a contractor who could do demolition and rebuilds around the stages of their process. Their very capable team was able to solve the inevitable retrofitting issues that came up. Andy was a pleasure to work with. From initial contact he returned calls and during the work he came when he said he would. And he got the job done professionally within the persnickety renovation rules on my building and my very tight timeline. All-in-all a competent and reliable contractor. What more could you ask for?

I have hired Seymour GC on numerous occasions to handle an assortment of contracting work on my home and other rental homes that I own. I have found Andy the CEO true to his word, and extremely professional. The quality of work is above and beyond what I could have hoped for and the prices reasonable.

I have had the best service from Andy and his crew on several remodeling projects I have had. Everything from refinishing my hardwood floors, to an emergency roof leak fix to new interior doors installed and several handyman-type issues. He is prompt, efficient and incredibly easy to work with . Very accommodating. You can't go wrong with this company.
