My wife and I worked with Sippican on an addition to our home that included a garage, mudroom, screened porch, and a workout room. They were very patient and responsive as the scope of the work evolved over the life of the project. The crew was professional, courteous, and accommodating. The craftsmanship of their work was truly astounding, and the finish product was even better than we hoped. I’d recommend Sippican to anyone in search of a contractor.

Purchased Stonehill Cottage still under construction. Hired a long time friend to work with Sippican while we were out of state. We all agree the working relationship could not have been better. Any concerns were easily worked out immediately. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding in every area as both my husband who has worked in construction and our friend could testify to. The subcontractors for floors, cabinets, tile, counters were also exemplary with quality materials and installation. Highly satisfied and completely delighted!!!!!

Our project with Sippican Partners is a preschool for 40 children. Sippican built a beautiful building, on time and on budget. They managed a challenging process with a variety of people on the committee giving input. Many building decisions were made during the course of the project, and Sippican helped to make good choices and kept us on schedule. Sippican contributed their experience and knowledge about green construction to create a building with minimal negative environmental impact, which was a priority for us. Our school is well-constructed and beautiful, and is a wonderful home for our preschool children and their families.

Outstanding workmanship. Excellent communication. Reasonable pricing. Great on teamwork and consultation. Sippican provided value and quality in building our custom home and often did much more than we expected. The firm is dedicated to doing things right and never failed to correct even small, insignificant items. Their business practices are transparent and fair and allow for good rapport between builder and home owner. The crew are professional, friendly, multi-talented, and immensely helpful. Although the project took longer than anticipated, much of that was beyond Sippican's control; despite cost overruns, we reached a fair and equitable settlement that accounted for quality and dedication.

Barry and Matt helped us out in our strategy of architecting and planning for an add on garage to our house. As new home owners we weren't very sure how to navigate building structures on our property, but the team at Sippican have been tremendous on walking us through every step of budgeting and providing high quality work. Following getting plans together, the team will be starting work in the spring to turn plans into reality. Building a house from afar can be a challenge. Sippican affirmed our selection to partner with them, helping to pick a fantastic site for the house. Their planning helped us develop our house plans that met our expectations while fitting into the rocky site. Each phase of construction was meticulously planned and executed, while meeting the timelines and costs. The quality of the work of the Sippican construction team was outstanding.
