These guys are great! Soco came and saved us after the other contractor we had hired simply disappeared. When Kyle came over, he immediately calmed our fears of what to do, and Soco just stepped right in and took over. Their work was impeccable, their communication so above and beyond your typical builder and they finished our remodel project even sooner than we had anticipated. Not only did they step into someone else’s mess, but they turned it all around for me and my wife and we couldn’t be more thankful. I have worked with SOCO Builders on several projects. They understand different types of construction and work will with building officials and inspectors. I like their attention to details and how they keep me informed of thier progress during constuction. SOCO offers options for the homeowners and gives input on the finished projects.
