Stanley Regan is an excellent contractor who works with great tradespeople and a great crew. He provides detailed and realistic budgets and keeps you informed of any variances as the work progresses. He issues detailed invoices at regular intervals during the construction process and backs these up with supplier invoices. Stan did a basement renovation for us in 2002, and then upper & main floor renovations in 2014 & 2015. We would highly recommend him for any renovation project, large or small.
