“We had never built was a custom home builder before building with Matisse Homes so we didn't know what to expect - in the end to go with Kelvin was the best decision we made. He was so easy to work with, he was there to help with all of our decision making, he was always on the job site ensuring things were running smoothly and in a timely fashion. There were no surprises in costs and we knew what we were getting from the beginning of the process. At a time where our friends were building with a custom home builder and having all sorts of problems, budget overages and a 2 year build, from digging the hole in the ground to move in for us was 9 months!
