The phrase ( Dream, Design, Build ) is exactly what my husband and I did. We had a vision of what we wanted and we knew what we could afford. We went into this project with high expectations, and opinions about what we wanted. Communication is very important when you are going through this process. We wanted someone that we could ask questions get clear answers. We needed to know that the person that we were trusting to build for us was honest up front and forth coming with the answers to the questions we had. Rod Steurer became a admired builder and a trusted friend. We are beyond pleased with the results we got. The beauty and detail is amazing. We have had other homes built for us in the past and this was the best experience we had ever had with a builder. ( We have had seven new homes in our life ) When asked how I would score the experience I would have to say extraordinary , A+, 10 out of 10 Yes I would use Sunwest Rod Steurer again .
