Thomas Glass just completed a primary bathroom and guest bathroom renovation. After my original contractor had to back out of the project, I used HOUZZ.com to search for a new GC that was experienced with home renovations and could work with my timeline. After my first meeting with Tom & Alison, I felt comfortable with their knowledge and experience for home renovations. They even had the foresight to invite their tile setter, Jonathan, to review the project. It was impressive the way the project kept moving forward. I never had a down day when work was not scheduled and completed. Communication was excellent..all concerns and questions were always answered and therefore very few problems were encountered or were always resolved quickly. The sub contractors arrived to work on time, professional, and experts at their trade. The project required, tile craftsman, plumbers, carpenter, painter, bathroom glass specialist. I would definitely use Thomas Glass for all my future home renovations. I would highly recommend his company.

Tom Glass accepted a job to build a custom detached garage/shop/studio to match our home. He did everything he said he would do and more. Tom uses only top notch subcontractors and trades men to complete the work. The garage came out beautifully and exceeds my expectations. I did make minor changes I wanted along the way and when they affected the budget I had to agree before the work was done. Very up front and no surprises. Tom is a very nice person and easy to work with. Up front he sets a budget that you agree to and he tries to maintain it. It’s on you to help maintain the budget as well.

Thomas Glass's company just completed a re-do of our large, walk-in shower. When our home was originally built, twelve years ago, the builder used travertine on the walls of our shower, which was not a good choice as that material is somewhat porous. We decided to have the travertine replaced with porcelain tile and to have the mosaic on the floor of the shower replaced as well. Thomas Glass's two tile men did an outstanding job of removing the travertine on the walls and the mosaic on the floor and replacing it with the porcelain tiles and mosaic my wife and I selected at Floor & Decor. The tile workers (Jonathan and Gama) were meticulous and their finished product looks like a shower featured in a home improvement magazine. We couldn't be happier. The project was coordinated by Tom Glass's assistant, Alison, with whom we met at the outset of the project and who contacted us daily to let us know when the workers would be arriving. She was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

Tom & Alison are the ultimate professionals. Timely communication throughout the process. His teams adapted to last minute change requests with enthusiasm. The teams worked long hours, cleaned up at the end of each day and were always courteous and respectful. And, they always described the pros and cons of our requests and never hesitated to answer our many questions. The finished product was on time, within the estimate and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Tom and his team for any project, large or small.

Tom built a double detached garage matching the exterior of the house and an outdoor kitchen. Communication throughout the duration of the project was outstanding. Tom is very detail oriented and did a good job of scheduling the trades so that when one trade was done the next was ready to come on the job. The quality of the end product was excellent.

I contracted Thomas to build out a kitchenette and living room in our upstairs "bonus room" so grandma and grandpa could move in with us. Our goal was to give them as much independence in a fully functional living space as possible, and not just a room in our house. The result was absolutely amazing in every way. Tom's schedule and estimates were spot on with only a couple of minor change requests (initiated by us). The cabinetry work is some of the best I've seen; it easily exceeds the quality of what we have downstairs. Plumbing and electrical went in quickly and all the drywall and other construction mess were cleaned up, patched, and painted right away. I HIGHLY recommend Thomas as a GC for upgrade and remodeling work, and would definitely use him again if we do another project.

Tom and his team did a wonderful job with the construction of our materials testing laboratory in Dripping Springs. We went to him without even knowing what we needed and they were patient with us throughout all of the change orders that occurred as a result. I highly recommend this crew if you looking to build from ground up or remodel.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom and the work his company did! I was very nervous about remodeling our master bath, since we had never taken on such a huge project before. Tom was very patient with me, answering numerous questions about the Estimate and project. He also had some great ideas for the bath that I hadn't thought of. Once the project started, he was very responsive when I had questions or doubts. He was very fair about change orders, and he worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with him and his craftsmen. Tom stopped over often to check on their progress, and when new craftsmen were brought on for various parts of the project, he always came over to get them started and ensure they knew exactly what needed to be done. At the end of the 5-week project, I had only 8 minor issues that needed his attention. Tom had his people here the next day, and they took care of every one of them! His office staff was also very responsive, and I often got a reply to my questions from both Tom and his office staff, Alison. She also provided very helpful and detailed reports on spending, which helped me with budgeting. Tom was very transparent about costs and materials, which I did not expect. The vendors that Tom worked with for my shower glass, Legacy Glass, and marble countertop, Phoenix Stone, were top notch and very responsive as well. We hired Tom to rebuild a large, walk-in shower after the first contractor we hired did not work out. Tom was excellent to work with and totally rebuilt the shower from the drain up. Everything he did for us was top of the line work including intricate tile work, drain installation, water damage repair from the old shower, and he even installed a beautiful frameless glass door. We highly recommend him.

Tom and his team were very professional and did a "terrific" job on my split level deck with rail. I would highly recommend Tom Glass to anyone considering a small construction project.

Thomas and his team did a good job with our kitchen improvements. He replaced the existing kitchen backsplash and repaired some damage on the wood laminate floor. He and his crew were knowledgeable, helpful, and maintained a clean work area. I particularly appreciated that Thomas was very quick to respond to questions and also that his crew leader made regular visits to check on progress. Very pleased with the work.

Tom Glass was very helpful and considerate of my budget and worked with me whenever possible to keep costs in line. The quality of work is very good and he will get everything done on time. Any and all questions are answered and he personally ensures the work is done and done well.

Tom has done a couple projects for me and everything has turned out amazing! Does not cut corners on anything. He will be my go to for any projects in the future!!

I first hired Tom in late summer when the contractor I had hired walked off the job. Tom realized what a situation I had and agreed to finish the job. He immediately put in an order for granite with a promise it would be there within a week whereas the other contractor hadn't been able to do that. Tom finished all my work in a timely manner and looked very professional.I have since had him do other work and will hire him again when the need arises.

Tom Glass has completed multiple projects for us. The largest was a kitchen remodel for our casita. This included an island extension, additional cabinets, and lighting fixtures. Tom was able to match existing cabinet design and stain as well as match the existing granite. We used Tom again to add a garage attic entrance for additional storage above our garage. This included flooring the attic. I thought this would be complex but his crew completed in a single day. Most recently we used Tom to build us a barn door to close off the play room. He sourced reclaimed wood from an old store and built a beautiful door from scratch that works great. We've since recommended Tom to several neighbors who have all been pleased with his work.

Tom Glass has done numerous jobs at our home in the past 4 years. He is very honest and trustworthy in his bids and workmanship. He always provides options and advice before jumping into a project which has pleased us. Tom communicates well and always keeps us informed on the project as to invoices and arrival of workmen and their progress. We always keep a "Tom List" so he can spend a day or a week here! You won't be disappointed with Tom!

I have used Tom Glass twice for home projects. He and his crew are very professional. The crew are very polite, listen to your needs and are very hard workers. When they leave at the end of the day they clean up everything and at the end of the project they leave it spotless. I could not have asked for better people to work with.
