I have used 20th Century Air several times to service a unit at a rental property I manage. Each time they have provided service in a timely manner, have left the property clean or even cleaner than they found it, and corrected any issues quickly. Also, I have found their rates to very reasonable and their technicians to be clean, professional, and personable. I have also referred them to my father for service on his unit. He was extremely pleased with the technician and his work.

20th Century added a/c to our existing furnace, and the results have been great! It took them a single day, and they included a wifi thermostat. They were very clear in advance about what their work would and would not include, and their price was fair. We had the option of several different units, and the one we chose was slightly more expensive but more economical to operate. I would gladly have them back for any job, but two years later there hasn't been any need for repairs.
