“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding!! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well!! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)”

“These people were a pleasure to work with. The workers were experienced carpenters that new the best practices as well as being pleasant people. When they found an unexpected challenge from some prior water damage partway through the project, they effectively resolved it. The project of replacing the front and back doors was delivered on the agreed schedule and price.”

“Transition Properties did a complete kitchen renovation for us. Everything turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with it. During this renovation, they also replaced all the flooring on the first floor with vinyl planking and it turned out great! Would recommend them to anyone.”

“RCS built our dream home on Indian Lake. The most creative and knowledgeable company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. RCS took the time to understand how we live and our design style to give us a home we could never have imagined on our own. Their research team was able to incorporate a loft overlooking a very functional in-door charcoal grill built into the bar. A fun way to entertain in the winter. The exterior hardscape designers created a soft privacy pool area as well as a dynamic sea wall for our boating friends. I cannot recommend RCS enough. Their talented, hardworking, trustworthy team gave us our dream home on time and in budget. I would highly recommend for any building and remodeling needs.”
