We provided our vision, and Alex, our architect, created not only what we envisioned but architectural features that enhanced and went beyond our vision. What is more, Alex exhibited extreme patience with the multitude of changes that we made to the plan. The 3D platform made it easy for us to see exactly where these changes needed to be made. We just received the final plans. They certainly exceeded our expectations. We are elated and cannot wait to build our dream home. The photo is a picture of our property, waiting for our dream home to be built. We could not be more pleased with our decision to hire Simonson Design to create our vision.”

“Contractors 4U worked very quickly on a proposal for a remodel. Received a very accurate quote on the scope of work and we were able to move forward. The work was completed and I could not have been anymore pleased. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process, which was nice. I will definitely use them for any future remodels or new builds.”

“I can’t recommend Tracey enough. This is the second time we have used Tracey with help decorating. When we bought our new home the first person we thought of we wanted and needed was Tracey. I wouldn’t call any one else. She is very professional and creative. She is always very attentive to needs and understands our vision. She recommends and leads us in different directions we hadn’t even thought of. She has made my home beautiful and I’m so proud of it!”

“Tom and Scott built this great house for us about 8 years ago. They were involved from design and of course through construction. With over 7000 sq ft, we had lots of questions and challenges for first time we had a house built. They were terrific and we felt that we got a good value and great advice throughout, plus quality construction. Important too was that they stood by their work and do so even today. I know that if I had a problem with this house that was even remotely related to construction that one quick phone call would bring them back and they would take care of it. We did have a problem several years after construction and they fixed it at no cost to us. We have also had some remodeling done by them and they are great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I would attach a picture to this, but do not see a way to do that.”

“I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company. Mark and Patti Andregg came to our original meeting ready to listen to what my husband and I wanted and were able to take that and make our dreams a reality while at the same time offering invaluable advice and suggestions. They gave us their estimate for both money and the time it would take to complete the project (kitchen and master bath remodel). They completed the project in the exact time period they stated and within our budget. The workers they hired were very professional and always considerate, taking special care to treat our house as a home. I was so impressed that they always cleaned and vacuumed before leaving every day. I would recommend the Andregg Contracting Co. to any and all who need a job well done.”

“Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”
