Surreal Systems recently came in my house and did a evaluation of my audio/video systems and gave me amazing recommendations that the prior company I had used gave me and I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and follow through. I added several features that I had not even thought of and I am very pleased with their work, their staff, and I feel very comfortable recommending them to any of my friends and neighbors. Great company.

We have used Surreal Systems for various projects since we bought our home 9 years ago. They have designed and installed 4 TV sets, entertainment systems, and our sound system. They've also done the automatic blinds in our master bath. They are always efficient, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. The recommendations are always right on, the service is quick, and they have great customer service. We highly recommend them.

We bought a home with eight TVs and a sound system. We thought it was all wonderful until we realized that the system did not work properly. Before being referred to Surreal we obtained proposals from two other companys and we were devasted at the cost to repair. Then along came Tyler. His dedication to recommending what we needed, no more and no less, and his compassion for our situation made him feel more like a friend than just another consultant trying to rip us off. Tyler and Roger have our system working beautifully. They did it at a reasonable cost. More importantly, we have total trust and confidence in them. These two men are a delight to work with. My wife and I want to adopt them!

Brian is extremely knowledgeable and listened very well to what my needs were. He has strong expertise in complex systems and was willing to work with myself in managing my budget. In addition he was willing to use existing components where it made sense and also clarified where it would make more sense to use newer more updated components. I would recommend talking with Brian about any whole home systems.

The technology is wonderful, but the customer service is AMAZING!!! I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for home automation, at any level.

Surreal Systems was the best contractor we used for our home remodel. They listened carefully and their proposal was extremely detailed and competitive. They were always on time and professional. They stayed on budget and recommended some ideas that saved us money. They installed 6 TV's, 5 Sonos systems, 2 surround sound systems and some additional components in our home. I highly recommend Matt and his team. Surreal has been building out my home entertainment systems and security for the past 12 years. I keep going to back to Surreal Systems because their level of service and integrity is stellar. I can get the equipment anywhere but great help is a commodity that's hard to come by today. Besides my home I've used Surreal for several business projects including a rush job installing 10 flat screens, sound system and playback solutions for a pop-up gym. Not only did they get it done in time but they came in under budget. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

My wife and I were in the process of remodeling our condo and wanted a larger tv in our existing built-in cabinet and were interested in updating and simplifying our sound system in conjuction with the new tv and in specific rooms throughout our condo. Matt came to our home and provided his expertise and suggestions that would meet our needs and also our budget. The cabinet in our Den had to be remodeled to accommodate the new tv and Matt provided the specifications and worked with our contractor to ensure a problem free installation. Roger and Amos were very professional and courteous regarding the installation of our new tv and components. Roger was very patient and helpful explaining the "workings" of the remote and additional components we had installed. We were beyond impressed and very happy with the service this company provided.

Just did a commercial grade wireless system, stereo and TV upgrades, apple tv, wiring, programming etc. professional crew all the way. great job as they figured everything out. now we have fast internet and great AV. Highly recommend them.

I originally hired Surreal Systems for a large project for my business. I was impressed with their work, knowledge base and their devotion to standing behind their work and the product they install. I was so impressed I hired them to update my primary and my vacation homes audio and video. I spent many hours researching companies before hiring Surreal and they are a cut above the rest. Matt and his team did a fantastic job for us. It starts with the intake process. Matt did a great job evaluating our needs and asking questions about what we were looking to accomplish with our remodel project. This led to improvements that we hadn't even considered in our initial scope. It led to additional cost, but the end result was much better performance than we ever imagined. The follow up meeting at Surreal's office was very educational. Matt walked us through the quote line by line and explained everything his team would do in detail. His team arrived on time every day. Awesome job. Happy with the results. Was more than i had originally budgeted but happy with the result. I wish was able to spend a little more time picking my installers brain(Matt) but i was short on time. Needed to return to my office. Mark nailed exactly what I wanted. Gave me really good suggestions and offered me reasonable options.

Matt was very professional and helpful from start to finish. He came and toured my home (which was under major renovations) and walked through everything they could do for me and gave me solutions to the wants I expressed. His quote came back at a great price and was very clear on what I would be getting and how the process would be completed. His installer, also named Matt, was a truly great guy. He exudes trust and honesty from the start, and somebody I felt confident in working on my house. After all of the installation was completed and I finally moved into my house, I met Tyler who came in to program my system to our liking and showing us things on the system that I didn't even realize were possible! Another great guy. Needless to say, I am 100% satisfied with the business I did with this company. I've called them a couple times over the last six months to ask questions about how to do something on my system (because I forgot) and they helped me without issue and picked up the phone every time I called with the eagerness to help I was hoping for. If you want to take your house automation and sound system to the next level, I would highly recommend these guys!

This is the second time that I have used Surreal Systems design and setup my TV's and speaker systems at my house. They have exceeded my expectations both times. They have also done a job at my parents house in which they have a great experience as well. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The onsite technicians were very professional and careful around the house. I highly recommend Surreal Systems for any audio/video project.

The entire purchase and install process with SurrealSystems was really pro. The sales process was very straight forward. They came out, offered options. put together the contract and away we went. When the team came to install the system, they were polite and pro. Cannot say enough about SurrealSystems. Will use in the future.

My wife and I bought a 20 year old house in Orange, and I knew I wanted home automation. I reached out to a dozen companies, but Surreal got the job, and it was the easiest decision I made in the course of the remodel. Not only were they exceptionally professional from beginning to end, they were patient and attentive to our needs. Surreal Systems has now assisted us in three homes and in every case the outcome and professionalism has been superb. The Company assisted us in designing and installing a fully integrated system to operate our audio visual equipment, lighting and security system that is state of the art and highly reliable. I purchased a beautiful home 3 years ago in Anaheim Hills that had a sound and television system that was not working properly. I engaged Surreal Systems to troubleshoot and get the existing systems to work which they did. They recently installed a new lighting system , upgraded televisions, Sonos sound, heating thermostats, outdoor cameras and garage door controls all capable of remote operation from my phone using Control 4. Surreal's field technician are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful while working in my home. I am very happy with the end product and would recommend them.

I have worked with a couple other companies in the past for home automation and found the service to be substandard. I found Surreal online and thought i would give them a try, especially since i had a big project. Surreal is a highly detailed company who has met every expectation. When i have had issues, they have been very prompt in correcting those issues. They have also went out of their way to go over and beyond when it comes to service. I am glad i found them, and would highly recommend them to anyone who has high expectations of service.

Surreal Systems installed a full house system with high end components for us. It was quite extensive and included a lot of automation, wiring throughout, equipment cabinets indoor and outdoor TV's, indoor and outdoor speakers etc. They gave detailed proposals including price by piece for each component item and full detail of their labor and materials cost. They were timely with start date and completion date. There were some bugs to get worked out but they were always expedient with their service calls. The experience from our point of view was excellent and while not cheap you certainly get what you pay for.

We were so pleased with the work of Matt’s team 14 years ago that we decided that he was the person – and Surreal the Company – that would do the installation in our new home. This second home is much smaller than the 18-speaker system in our former home, but Surreal treated it with the same attention to detail and creativity. Matt is a hands-on owner who is involved from the original planning stages to the final system turn-on. He was sensitive to our budget parameters and made the changes needed to address them. A testament to Matt’s dedication to his customers is exemplified by his response to a problem we had a few months after the installation was completed: It was the first day of a 3-day weekend and we could not get a picture on our screen. Knowing it was Saturday, and their office was probably closed, I still decided to call and leave a message, with an expected response the following Monday. Imagine our pleasant surprise when, within 30 minutes, Matt had called us to inquire about the problem, then suggested several changes which resulted in our being able to enjoy the TV for the rest of the weekend. I should have mentioned that, at the time of Matt’s return call, he was enjoying some downtime with his family in Palm Springs! So accolades to Matt and team, and continuing appreciation for their dedication, reliability, creativity – and adherence to plans.

I have had contact with Surreal Systems on multiple occasions. Everyone at this company from the office staff to the technicians are friendly, and they always have a smile on their faces. It is hard to find a company that is dedicated to please these days, and the way this company is focused on their customer's satisfaction can not be beat. I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends and colleagues.

Personnel are professional, pleasant, hard-working, and treat your house and possession with respect by leaving work area "clean."
