I made a big mistake to sign a contract with this company to finish my basement. A project that was supposed to take less than 3 months to complete, has taken almost 9 months and is still nowhere close to finish. They do not respect your time or investment. They have no understanding of customer service and frankly I don’t know how they get away with it. Please stay away from this company. I lost a lot of money and time with this company. They caused a lot of stress and anxiety for myself and my family and I would hate for anybody else to have to go through the same experience.

We contacted Best Renos to do our basement which was an unfinished mess. From foundation cracks, plumbing needs, electrical, HVAC, complete 3D design, quality workmanship, warrantied work and top notch customer service. While they weren't our cheapest option, they are competitive and the peace of mind is priceless. I'll be happy to give you more details and connect you with who I dealt with. We are extremely happy!!!
