We moved into Villas at Ohmes Farms in April 2017. Our home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations in every way. The court we live on is extremely well maintained, convenient to everything we need to get to, and is quiet. Our 90 day report work has just been completed and all service people that we interacted with did a fantastic job and were very responsive, polite and pleasant. We couldn't be more thrilled with our new home, community, and experience with Bridgewater (Donna, Mike, Mike, Mark) and our HOA management company (Linn).

I recently purchased a villa in the Lake St. Louis, MO area from Bridgewater and I found them to be very professional throughout the sales process. Any issues that have arisen since we purchased have been taken care of in a very expedient and thorough manner. I would highly recommend Bridgewater Communities for any family looking for a unique villa-style home. The uniqueness of their floor plans and quality of craftmanship found within their communities we found to be better than the competition in the St. Louis area.

Bridgewater Communities built our free standing villa in the Ohmes Farm subdivision three years ago - and we cannot be happier with our home and the wonderful workmanship by the Bridgewater Communities builders. Mark Murphy, Bridgewater's sales manager, worked with us on every step of house design. Mark was never pushy and always very helpful. Mike Eldringhoff, Bridgewater's Construction Supervisor, kept us informed continually during our home's construction. Mike was quick to take care of the few minor issues we had with the home once we moved into it. Our home is very well constructed. We stopped by our house a number of times a week during its construction, and saw first hand how well it was built. The quality of work shows through in every aspect of the house - from the framing, to the electrical, to the drywall, to the flooring and the trim. Like I mentioned above, we have had very few problems with our home, and those minor problems were taken care of in an expeditious manner. We were able to put our personal touches on the design of the home, and three years later there isn't anything that we feel we missed while building the home. We have ten foot ceilings and eight foot doors on our main floor, and nine foot ceilings in our finished basement. We added four feet to the front of the garage, and the additional space in the garage is amazing! We also put transom windows in each main floor bathroom as well as in the garage, giving those areas plenty of light no matter what time of the day it is. We love the open concept design and the huge freestanding island in our kitchen. Our basement has a large family room and attached bar that is perfect for entertaining. The basement living area includes a walk-out patio door that flows out to a stamped concrete patio that we love so much. All of our outside maintenance (lawn mowing, landscaping, fertilization, lawn watering, and snow removal) is taken care of via a very reasonable monthly HOA fee. To top it all off, we are surrounded by great neighbors! We cannot say enough good things about Bridgewater Communities, Mark Murphy, and Mike Eldringhoff, and the entire Bridgewater team. My wife and I decided to downsize and looked for over a year. One weekend while out looking we found Bridgewater Communites, and fell in love with the floor plan of the Warson. The display seemed to have everything we were looking for. The display was more money then we wanted to spend and since we had never built we had doubts fears about the process. We always fo seemed keep coming back to look at there displays, and one time we meet Tim Miller the builder. We really felt comfortable talking to him and he put us in touch with Jane Felkel. the builder's rep who made us feel at ease and guided us and answered my Many! Questions. After one year of visiting the properties because we just could not find anything close to the layout of their designs we decided to build our dream home. Jane helped to keep the project on budget, and helped with picking options. Mike Eldringhoff the construction manger always had time to answer my questions and keep the project on schedule. All this made us feel very comfortable with our decision and the builder we choose. Now that we are moved in, and everyone who visits comments on how nice our home is, it just reinforces our decision all the more. We absolutely Love our Bridgewater Villa And would recommend Bridgerwater to anyone considering downsizing. Our only words of experience to you are; DON'T WAIT TOO LONG TOO LONG TO ENJOY YOUR NEW VILLA!

We looked for over five years for a villa in the St. Charles region before purchasing one in Bridgewater's Ohmes Farm development. From beginning to end, the process was a smooth and delightful one. Mark Murphy, the builder's rep we worked with, was so knowledgeable about the myriad of options the builder offers. Making decisions was as easy a process as possible. When customizing the home for our tastes and budget, there was not a question Mark could not answer completely, either at the moment of asking or within a very short time thereafter for research. He was so helpful when it came to decisions that were the best option for us, making the most out of our budget as well as how we anticipated the use of each space in the villa. The project started at the time it was supposed to and was finished as and when promised. Any tiny details that needed tweaking were attended to in a timely and professional manner. More than two years later, we absolutely love our home! Working with Mark and Mike Eldringhoff, the construction manager, has always been a delightful experience. I cannot recommend Bridgewater highly enough---and I have to all of our friends who, like us, are in the downsizing mode.

Even before we decided on the style we had decided on the builder "Bridgewater Communities, Inc." We had been looking on and off for 1 year when we saw our first Bridgewater property and fell in love with quality of workmanship, two of the models that were offered, attention to details. The only reason it took so long was us, moving to a new area after 32 years. Would we use Bridge Water Communities, Inc again ---IN A HEART BEAT!

We purchased a home that was built for us by Bridgewater Communities. We were very impressed by the owner and realtor. The quality of the home building was excellent and we would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a villa. Our home is a detached villa and the outside grounds are cared for via a homeowners association.

My husband and I downsized to one of their detached villas and we love it! The customer service and quality workmanship is oustanding! Mike's attention to detail is excellent and Jane's assistance during all of our selections was extremely helpful! Our favorite features of the villa are: the open floor plan, our arched entry and dining room, and the pocket door to the laundry room! We appreciated their cooperation when we were deciding about the lower level flex room as well! We would highly recommend Bridgewater to others considering to build!

I have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, response time, and quality of work. This is only second time I have had a place built - new construction and everyone involved has been very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm grateful for them making it easy and I have also become very respectful of their opinions.
