Creative Homes

So far, we are enjoying our experience with Creative Homes. The team is responsive, helpful, supportive, and professional. We are satisfied with the overall process. We appreciate Creative Homes for turning our dream home into a reality.

All of the folks that we have worked with at Creative Homes have been great. They offered great advise during at the start of the process and they have kept us informed every step of the way. We had some special requests because we have a handicapped person in our family and the Creative Homes folks were able to make the changes that we needed to accommodate our loved one. Couldn't be happier with our home building experience.

My sister and I visited an Open House in River Falls where I met Jean-Luke of Creative Homes. Their model homes are beautifull. Jean-Luke was very knowledgeable about the build schedule for the development and how to go about getting a custom designed home. I would seriously consider checking out a Creative Homes product. I learned a lot from my visit.

Creative Homes is creative when it comes to selling you something and then delivering something completely different. We have walls that are bowed and while you wouldn’t notice it walking past it, if you stand and look at it, there are actual curves where the drywall edges meet in the corner. Also, they didn’t caulk the trim all the way around any one of our windows… They only caulked the sides and in some instances, they didn’t caulk the bottom edge. Eric is a sales rep and he’ll be friendly until you hand over an earnest money check and then he’ll ghost you. The moral of the story: Stay far away from creative homes.

Working with Creative Homes and Kellie Bradt as a outside Lender was Amazing! They were very receptive and respectful of a Buyer using thier own Mortgage Company. I would Highly recomend Creative Homes and Kellie Brant for Anyone looking to buy a New Home!

As a first-time home builder we had a terrible experience. A lot of lies from Luke the head of construction and Danielle in the design center. When they first started building, we noticed our backyard was mostly a hill. We asked if they would sod up the hill and we were told yes, they would even sod around the trees. Come to the time of sodding they went three feet up and said they could not go any further. There was also a 3-foot dip in our yard from the house to the hill. We asked if that would be leveled. They said yes that they would bring in dirt and level it. Come the time they did not level. I called Luke to explain what was happening. His response was that I was lucky he took my call and hung up on me. We now still have a dip with standing water because our neighbors yard drains into ours and we do not have proper drainage. Another disappointing issue. They were back ordered on the original floor we wanted so they gave us a couple options to choose from. After seeing it in our home it was nothing like the original, we wanted. We had a meeting at the house and the only option they gave us was stopping the build until we decided to stay with the floor or paying $14,000.00 to replace it. The list goes on and on but those were the major issues. We spent half a million dollars and think we should have been treated with a little more respect. Mind you I was pregnant going through this process. Very stressful to say the least. I wouldn't recommend Creative Homes to anyone.

The Creative team did an amazing job on our new home in Adelaide Landing. Kellie, Anna, and Walt put our dream into motion and made it a reality! They are all professional, attentive, courteous, and were responsive to any concern throughout the build. Through the midst of a pandemic and supply chain issues they made it happen! We will miss our Thursday project update calls! Great workmanship + amazing staff = a beautiful home!

I had the pleasure of working with Kellie and Walt at Adalaide Landing in Hugo. The guidance throughout the entire build process was excellent. I appreciated the weekly calls to give an update on the progress of the build. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you, Kellie, Walt, and the rest of the Creative Homes staff.

We built in New Richmond, WI and Adam and Sarah were awesome people to work with all the way through. Very quick response whenever we contacted them. I would recommend the creative team to anyone including friends and family.

My husband and I had a home built in the Cottages at Lakepointe development in Woodbury in the summer of 2020 We completed all the paperwork just before the pandemic hit. We were able to remain in our home on the North Shore of Lake Superior for the whole summer and do everything connected with the building of the house via Zoom, e-mail and telephone. We especially appreciated the weekly phone calls from Kim Wallisch and the construction supervisor that updated us on the progress of the house. It was completed ahead of schedule, and we moved in on Oct. 12, 2020. Since then we have received help from CH customer service team whenever we have needed it. Completely satisfied with our experience and have told friends and family about the company.

We were at Heritage Ridge in Hastings and couldn’t have been more impressed. Kim Welman answered all our questions and was very professional. It was a pleasure to tour the model and will be anxious to see how things proceed there.

We enjoyed our building experience with Creative Homes in Adelaide Landing. Kellie and Aaron were enjoyable to work with. We looked forward to their weekly calls with building updates. We really appreciated their quick responses to our questions and concerns. It made the experience less stressful. We appreciate all that they have done and continue to do for us.
