Dahl Built Homes

I looked at a lot of houses in the Grand Junction area, but the ones that stood out the most were the Dahl built homes. I wanted a house that wasn't just functional, but unique with a lot of style and character. Dahl also has a great reputation, and my own experience with them was beyond my expectations. They've also been very responsive and timely in the warranty issues that have come up (minor issues). Highly recommend Dahl!

After looking into building with a few builders in town, we were so thankful to work with Jenna, Greg and the whole team. We have now been in our amazing home for almost 4 months and we are pleased with how the process- from start to finish and then some has been impressive. Greg and his team built us an amazing home that we could have only dreamed about. The attention to detail from the master to the kitchen to an amazing open floor plan to even the garage is second to none. If sitting in his planning meetings I can imagine the conversations starting at "perfection" and then working up from there. The home is immaculately decorated with every detail almost perfect. They give personal attention even after you close. Very professional and just very good people. Our community is lucky to have a builder of this quality.
