Distinctive Homes by Watson was founded in February 2003 by Tyler Watson. In over thirteen years of being in the home building business, Tyler has built in excess of 150 speculative as well as custom homes in numerous subdivisions. These homes are found in The Preserve at Harveston, Long Farm, Audubon Square, Woodridge, Country Club of Louisiana, Lexington Estates, University Club, Highland Club, Homestead at Old Jefferson, Pelican Point, and Plantation Creek. He was also one of the developers and builders in Summerlake subdivision.Tyler's involvement in business organizations as well as social organizations has kept him active in the community. He has been featured as a premier builder on the cover of "The Builder's Journal" and currently serves as Vice President, Industry, Government, and Public Affairs on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Capital Region Builders Association. Tyler is also a member of the Men's Club at St. George Catholic Church. Distinctive Homes by Watson is a recognized member of the Better Business Bureau.
