“After interviewing several contractors, I hired Spencer's to execute exterior remodeling of an historic home. Every level of the process was a pleasant experience. The proposal was thorough and work was performed as promised, in a timely fashion, and when work order was adjusted, it was explained thoroughly and agreed upon citing all pertinent details. “From beginning to end, James and his work crew were very helpful, efficient and professional, down to the details, such as bull nose trim around the tub tile. From my original rough plans, James helped design the new master bath and the expanded adjacent bedroom. He also installed wood flooring in three bedrooms which gave not only the new bathroom but also the entire house a finished, classy look. The cost of the project was very reasonable considering the quality of the finished product. The timing was a bit awkward since work had to be done in sequence (plumbing before dry wall, tile work before fixtures, etc.), but James coordinated so that transitions were smooth and very little time was lost between segments of the work. In all, we are extremely pleased with the project. We would certainly recommend James and his HRR crew to anyone considering such a remodeling/addition project. Julius R. & Beverly Tipton”
