We have worked closely with E2 homes on so many projects. Rob, founder/owner is so wonderful to work with. When he says it will get done, it will get done and no sacrificing on high quality. His crew is also so meticulous when it comes to clean up, every day before they leave. It is a joy to work with this group. Over and over again.

E2 Homes, led and owned by Rob Smith, is an incredibly talented builder. Calling them a builder is an understatement as they have such a unique eye for design, quality, client vision, and crafting unbelievable spaces. We went through the TNAR 2021 project with them and I cannot imagine a more stressful/difficult environment for building a home, but at every turn and timeline E2 prevailed. Rob is responsive and his E2 team members are all knowledgeable, friendly, and someone we are happy to invite back for years to come. Net net, if you are pursuing a project with quality, efficiency, and leading design practices...look no further. Call Rob, have faith in their guidance and you'll be overwhelmed with your home.

No matter how great a design is, if you can't build it properly it will always fall short. When you select a builder, you want to make sure that they have both the talent and experience to not only deliver a great build but also make the process awesome. From the very first meeting to the final walk-through, we always felt like we were their most important client. Impossible is not in the vocabulary at E2, and every challenge we had was met with prompt creative solutions. Companies like E2 are rare, and when you get and opportunity to build something groundbreaking there is no other option in Orlando.

We could not be any happier with the quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail that Rob Smith, his staff and his crews from E2 Homes provided us. From the start, Rob was very thorough in explaining the process, outlining costs and presenting options in our home renovation that included tearing out walls, installing a new kitchen, completely renovating a bathroom, tearing out and installing new floors throughout and a variety of other updates. Rob's crews were polite, professional and true craftsmen and his own staff was very attentive to our needs and immediately addressed any issues as they arose. Their attention to detail was impeccable and level of service outstanding - so much so that we plan to continue to use their concierage service so help maintain our home.

E2 Homes has done a couple of significant projects for me, and I would definitely recommend them. The quality of their work is good, and very easy to talk and coordinate with. As a commercial high rise concrete contractor, I was impressed with their professionalism.

E2 Homes completed our Winter Park home remodel in 2017 and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The quality of service and attention to detail were outstanding. Rob, Denise and the E2 Team were easy to work with, they exceeded our expectations. The overall remodeling experience - which for many is very stressful- was very positive for us. We would definitely use E2 Homes again should the need arise. We continue using their concierge services and have been pleased with this program as well.

We worked with Rob Smith and his company, e2 Homes, on a home renovation and addition. We were initially interested in e2 Homes based on their previous work. We wanted a modern, clean look for the interior and also wanted to update the traditional exterior. e2 had worked on similar projects in the past, and we liked how they turned out. When we first contacted Rob, we had planned to make only cosmetic changes. Rob, Annika, and Sandra met with us onsite and had great ideas for improving the space and flow (e.g., reorienting two staircases and bringing the kitchen further into the gathering room). After thinking through it, we decided on a more extensive renovation (otherwise known as a gut job). Once everything was down to the studs, we made several structural improvements, raised the ceiling in the downstairs bedrooms, and built an addition upstairs. We added completely new plumbing/electrical, flooring (except in two areas that already had wood), cabinetry, appliances, etc. We built a lanai with motorized screens and a summer kitchen. We refinished the pool and added a spa. And there is all new landscaping. e2 engaged an architect to work through the design changes, and they handled all of the permitting. Annika's design aesthetic is very close to our own, and she was incredibly helpful in selecting finishes. I value responsiveness, and throughout the process, Rob and his team timely addressed all of our questions and concerns (finding Rob's late-night responses to my e-mails is almost part of my morning routine now). Moreover, as a detail-oriented person, I appreciate Rob's attention to detail. It's hard to find something that I have not noticed, but Rob often did so during our walkthroughs. Any project will involve compromise, but with e2's help, I believe we achieved the best possible outcome given our constraints. I would not hesitate to recommend e2 Homes for any renovation or construction project, particularly if you care about quality and detail. We partnered with E2 Homes on the 450 Northwind Road Residence and are thrilled with how the space turned out. The team is knowledgeable in the field and passionate about their work, which shows in their completed projects. E2 Homes has been a great partner, accessible and accommodating throughout the entire partnership.

After completely messing up our master bath remodel, we fired our first contractor and thankfully Rob (E2 Homes) agreed to finish the job. Extremely professional, thorough and honest. E2 Homes took awesome care of us. We just recommended them to our neighbor who will engaging E2 for a master bath remodel and possibly the kitchen as well. You will not be disappointed.

Our experience with the staff of E2 Homes has been excellent. Rob, the Manager, is attentive to detail and is accessible to listen to new ideas regarding the project. The project team works well together and was a delight to work with. We are very pleased with the results for our new home!

With and through the efforts of a committed and knowledgeable team, this mission is nearly at an end. Our home is beautifully renewed, a revival out of another decade and into the present, and healthy again to serve our family. We are grateful to e2Homes for their expertise during the hand-holding stage, along with a bucketful of patience during planning and construction.
