European Builders Ltd

We have hired European for several jobs over the last decade including a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel and other smaller jobs. For each job they have been on time and on budget. We have been very happy with their work quality, communication during the project and attitude of the owner and his employees. We’ve recommended them to many friends over the years and they have been equally satisfied.

I cannot put into words how horribly disappointment we are with European Builders. They turned us building our family home into a nightmare. Mistakes they made found during and after construction they wanted us to pay for. And over charge us for them as well, stating he would do it for us at cost. A handwritten estimate for repairs wasn't even added up properly. They caused an extreme amount of stress on my family. For this we could never refer their business to anyone for anything. Their work cannot be trusted and their attempts at making us pay for their mistakes in unethical. People should be warned of their business practices so this hopefully doesn't happen to another family.

I have known European Builders for 10 years, first meeting them at a home show, and then having them build my custom home. The building experience was exceptional! They worked with us to build the house of our dreams, and absolutely went out of their way to assure that we made the best decisions and that the results were what we expected. I would highly recommend European Builders as a custom builder!

European Builders Ltd are custom home builders as well as doing additions and the like. Their "standard" features for a home go above and beyond most definitions of "standard" options in most new homes on the market today. The attention paid to detail is what sold us on them in the first place. We've been in our new home almost a year now and continue to find that our home is solid and well built. We would use them to build a new home again in a heartbeat. They have their own architect who took our vision and the home plans we loved but couldn't quite get right and working with us was able to come up with a floorplan that met our vision.
