We hired FM Construction to be the contractors for the building of our new home. Pete the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have great connections when it comes to the sub-trades, and also who to connect with in terms of fixtures, flooring, tiles etc. This was our first house built, and it was nice to have the input from an experienced contractor as to what would work, or what wouldn't. Also in terms of suggestions of doing things different, and bringing forth new ideas that we had not thought of. Most of all, we think that Pete is very easy to work with, and his professionalism and experience made it easy to deal with decisions (sometimes stressful) that had to be made. We are looking to build another home in the future, and would definitely work with him again.
