Scott and his crew are best!! He is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He really takes the time to explain all the ins and outs of any job the potential pitfalls or benefits. He is honest and extremely hard working. He is demanding and a perfectionist and oversees his subs with a magnifying glass. If I were to build my own house, I would hire him. He is a true professional.

I recently had the pleasure of working on the same property as Foulke Construction for high end remodel of a residential home . Scott the owner is one of the most professional contractors I seen in the 18 years I've lived in South Florida including the members of his team . He is very committed on his projects and was available at any time for coordination an of the timing of when I would be able to install my part of the project. They specalize in custom work and Foulke Construction will get highly recommended when I come across anyone who needs the services they provide.

We've been a sub-contractor of Foulke Construction for 20 years, and I've used him for work at my personal house. I'm a perfectionist, so if I'm using a company at my own house, it's because I believe they will do the best job. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Foulke Construction for any project, they do a great job!

We first hired Foulke Construction in April of 2000 to build a 1,000 SF addition on our home - which he completed in 7 months - start to finish with no problems, issues or delays. That was very important since we lived in the home during construction with our 4 year old triplets! His crew was on-time and they did what they promised. We hired them again in 2003, 2005, 2009 and 2011 to upgrade the older part of our home with expanded closets, remodeled bathrooms and to upgrade the windows and doors with impact rated products. We only call Scott Foulke when we need help with any type of home remodeling. He is the best!

I can't praise Foulke Construction enough for the job they did for me. My bathroom floor was literally sinking (due to water damage.) As a female homeowner in Florida, I couldn't be in a worse position to lose money to incompetent or unscrupulous contractors or handymen. I spent nearly three years looking for someone that was reliable, honest, competent, affordable, and trustworthy. I would have settled for half of those qualities. I never expected to find them all, but I did. Before finding Foulke Construction, I wasted time and money with people who repaired things that didn't need repair, gave me outrageous quotes, didn't have any knowledge or skill, or just didn't bother to show up, while my floor kept sinking - and these were all recommendations. Then I heard about Scott Foulke. At the first meeting I had a good feeling that I had found the right company. As the work progressed I continued to be impressed. Scott and his crew were professional, reliable, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. I'm a very critical consumer and I would not write a review like this unless it was merited. Scott earned my respect and admiration by demonstrating a level of integrity in his business performance that is hard to find. I'm very grateful to him and his crew for their work. The process was worry free for me and the result was beautiful. My newly repaired/remodeled bathroom makes me smile every time I see it.

I contracted Scott Foulke for a large remodeling of my home. Here is my run down of his performance. 1. Personality: Scott initially struck me as a cold and sometimes gruff person. After signing the contract, Scott became the most pleasant, professional and caring contractor that I have ever known. He addressed every one of my wife's concerns with charm and grace. 2. Character: Scott is a man of his word. When he estimated a cost or time for a job, he often performed better than expected. His workers behaved professionally and were extremely respectful of my family's privacy. 3. Craftsmanship: All of the work performed by Foulke Construction is of high quality. Our remodel was seven years ago and the work still looks like new. The single issue that popped up was a leak under a window that became evident over a year after the date of completion. Scott repaired the problem quickly and at no cost. 4. Adaptability: Scott worked with our architect closely and often made changes to enhance the quality of the finished product. He did so at no extra cost to me. 5. Timeliness: The work was completed three weeks ahead of time. Daily schedules were adhered to and all of his workers were consistently punctual.

Scott Foulke is highly professional as well as honest. His bid was not actually the cheapest of the bids we received, but I went with a gut feeling ... somehow I knew that we could trust him, and we were not disappointed. He did a great job on the extension to our house, and was very easy to work with. After the job was finished (on time by the way) if there were any small problems or if anything was not quite done right, he honored the warranty and would return until it was fixed. Even though we did our project a very long time ago, to this day we still call him for smaller projects or advice. My grade: an A+ I don't think we are going to do any more real big projects, because we love our house and are not planning to move, but if we would, I would always hire Scott Foulke to do it.

I hired Foulke Construction based on a referral from my neighbor, whose entire house was built by Foulke Construction. My neighbors house is exquisite and seeing first hand the quality of the work had me sold before I even met them! I had Foulke Construction do a complete remodel on a kitchen in an older home I bought. This involved gutting the interior walls, moving out one wall and creating a peninsula with cabinetry. They put in all new walls and ceilings, electrical, removal of pocket doors, all new cabinetry was installed, all new appliances were installed. As the house was old, the floors sloped and due to Scott's attention to detail, he made sure that adjustments were made to keep the cabinets level while maintaining an aesthetic appeal. They also resurfaced a popcorn ceiling in the living room, dining room and entry way to create a smooth ceiling. They did a beautiful job! His workers are careful and always clean up after each day. The sub-contractors Foulke Construction works with are top notch and I was so pleased with the pricing and workmanship. So much so that I hired them to replace all of my windows and doors with impact rated ones, as well as install picture framing trim around them in the interior of the house. I also have two more projects that they will be doing as soon as the money comes in- enclosing a carport, turning it into a garage and a complete remodel of a bathroom. Scott is very professional, shows up when he says he will, works hard to give you the best price and quality and spends time educating you on all the pros and cons of your choices. Although my jobs are small in comparison to the huge houses he builds, he took my job on and gave it all the attention it needed and I never felt he overlooked my project in exchange for dealing with a bigger job. I regret not having photos to post at the moment as the house is still being decorated, but will post them as soon as I can! I recommend Foulke Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, fair contractor, who does top quality work and has your best interest at heart.

Scott Foulke came highly recommended to us from several friends he had recently worked for.We did a major remodeling tearing down 1/2 the home and totally rmodeling the interior.Scott was on the job daily and communicated well with us.At te same time we contracted with a separate Pool contractor and Scott worked well with them.We were very pleased with the work and felt it matched well with the quality and finish our architect expected in a completed job.

We interviewed three General Contractors before hiring Foulke Construction for the remodeling of our home. A friend told me "your contractor will become your best friend during your construction, so make sure he's somebody you feel comfortable with. We couldn't have made a better decision. Our project included moving walls, adding doors and windows, tearing out tile floors and replacing them with wood floors, air conditioning, plumbing etc We have a new kitchen, laundry room, pantry, family room and outdoor kitchen. Scott was always available and his attention to detail is what every homeowner would hope for. His workers are a pleasure to have in your home - and they always clean up the job site! We were so happy with Scott's work that we have hired him again for a project at our business.
