“My wife Vickie and I consider ourselves very lucky that we chose Craig Jolly and his team to build our house. From the very beginning Craig has been easy to work with. Our meetings were always focussed and Craig's experience helped us enormously with our initial design choices and then continued throughout the build. Our site is rural property near Gundaroo NSW. Due to location and the need for us to establish our own services, such as, water, sewerage, electricity (Off Grid), site cut and road building, many decisions had already been made up to the engagement of Imagine Homes. Craig took all this in his stride and worked with us and suppliers we chose professionally and harmoniously. Craig introduced and managed many other trades necessary which provided us with a high standard of finish throughout our home. “Dobsonei provided a realistic and well considered fixed price contract to renovate and extend a very dilapidated 1883 Victorian Terrace house (4 bedrooms, double garage) versus other competing quotes that were all provided on a cost plus basis only. The project was completed on schedule and with only very minimal variations added on which was remarkable considering the number of unknown factors involved in renovating a 130 year old house that had been severely neglected and even had a Council sticker warning people not to enter.”
