JS Homes did an amazing job building our dream home! Jeff took our ideas and created exactly what we envisioned. He was was easy to work with, kept us within our budget and finished the house on time with no delays. We cannot express to him how grateful we are for our beautiful home!

We stumbled onto our house in drywall - It was going to be a spec home for JS Homes. Jeff paused construction and was patient as we pulled in a designer to help with the finishes. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Cole was transparent, honest, and ensured timely communication with us. JS Homes was on time and on budget! After closing, Jeff stood by his home and continues to ensure we are happy. We couldn't imagine a better builder and would use JS Homes again in the future.

In the middle of a kitchen remodel and related on a 1952 house with few upgrades since then. HH is very easy to work with: Communicates in timely manner, hires respectful subs, is responsive with issues, provides recommendations, and so far good work and coordination. Estimate completion in August.

Helping Hands did a wonderful job, in budget, on time, and with outstanding professionalism on a bathroom remodel for our church. Jeff helped with the planning and budget development which was very helpful. In addition, Helping Hands did a great job of oversight on a carpet install in the Fellowship Dining area. Jeff has created for us custom desks in our library, custom cabinetry in our powder bath, and an entertainment center in our game room. He also crafted and installed beautiful custom cornices for our master bath and for our guest room and bath. All of Jeff's work was first-class, and he was most professional throughout the process. Jeff did a complete basement finish in our large open basement. He did a wonderful job. Details were exact, quality was excellent, and his knowledge about how to enclosed vent pipes, water pipes, and other ceiling issues was very professional. Jeff has an excellent attitude and he knows construction. His attention to job quality is excellent. He was in charge of the job from start to finish. He kept us posted on all job progress and issues of interest. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff for construction. He is a quality general contractor who completes the job right and finishes on time.
