Kiella Homebuilders

I would not recommend working with this home builder. They do cheap work and will not honor the builder warranty. Our AC unit that was installed by Bell Air and the drain pipe has come apart due to them not gluing it. Now I have a mess. I have water everywhere dripping from my ceiling with bubbles forming in the drywall. Neither the builder nor the ac subcontractor will come to handle this. The customer service is poor and I have spent too much money fixing issues for a home less than 2 years old.

We hired Kiella to build our home after carefully considering many good builders in our area. The Kiella team was outstanding to work with! They are all customer focused in their approach. We love that they are a "hometown" builder and are invested in our community in many ways. Megan Kiella in particular has great taste, stays current with new housing trends and has the patience of a saint. She actually made our home-building experience fun. I was not looking to build a house, but to purchase one, but didn't find all the things that were important for me, so my Realtor suggested to look into building and recommended this builder. This is a great group to work with. I was provided with a contractor key to my house while it was in progress of being built, had unlimited access to see the progress, and provided with contact to text, email or call with any questions or changes that needed to be done. There was a small window about the back door that was visible from the outside of the house, but not inside (had been dry walled in), but one call to Paul resulted in a prompt arrangement for it to be resolved within that week. I would recommend this company to anyone building a house.

Kiella Homebuilders provided options many additional vendors excluded to include in the price of building a non-custom home. We built a house last year with Kiella. The staff was very easy to communicate with. The project manager would directly communicate with my husband and me regarding progress throughout the construction process. The sales staff we dealt with typically answered our emails and questions in a very timely manner. Building a house can be stressful but if the communications and care is there, it goes much smoother. We have been in our house going on 7 months and couldn't be happier!
