Legacy Homes

Legacy Homes has built my last three homes. They provide the best quality and first rate service to their customers and I wouldn't build with anyone else. Thank you Legacy!

This company is one of the worst home builders in Grande Prairie. They built us a home on an acreage about nine years ago. We had the basement framed by Legacy Homes Gr Pr and when we had the dry wall company come in they told us that they hadn't seen anything so far out of square in years. The $25,000 septic system that they recommend still cost us $2500 dollars a year to maintain. The house moves on a regular basis which means most of the doors ( they aren't square either) don't close right which means we have to adjust them on a regular basis. The hardwood floor is now lifting and will have to be repaired or replaced. This disappointing list goes on. I would give this builder three stars at the most. Keep in mind that just my wife and I live in this house and have from day one.

It's refreshing to see a home builder who takes pride in the smallest detail of the build. I will continue to recommend a Legacy Home to everyone I know and I look forward to many years in our beautiful home!

I had Legacy Homes build an office building and now they are building me a cabin, I find them very organized and willing to look at my ideas and incorporate them into the project. Highly recommend them!
