We contracted with Leveland Homes to complete a 600+ square foot master suite addition to our existing home. The project which was recently completed is a wonderful addition to our home in large part because of the expertise of our Leveland Team. Terry and John provided excellent guidance, service and support during the entire process. In addition, they employed very capable, skillful contractors who were directed with organized and timely efficiency. We were appreciative of not only their professionalism and availability during the project but also, their willingness to assist with minor changes, adaptations, etc. Finally and happily, budget projections and scheduled deadlines were both on target!' We had a very good experience with Leveland Homes. Our project involved an extensive renovation which included moving walls, stairways and adding on. Terry took in stride the inevitable additional repairs that a job like this encounters. He kept the project on schedule in spite of many changes we made as the project progressed. We are very happy with the final product!

Terry really cares about his client. His attention to detail is amazing. I worked with hundreds of contractors it's rare that you'll find somebody with as much heart as Terry. He focuses as much on the relationship and the process as he does the project. if you want a builder who is your new best friend I suggest you allow Terry and his team to work with you.

We hired Leveland to do a major remodel on our 23-year-old home. They knocked out walls, painted, put in wood flooring, and completely remodeled the kitchen. We are extremely happy with the results!

I met Terry and Chip when I was working for a Chiropractor in central-Austin. We hired them to do the build-out in a commercial space and they not only were friendly to work with, they delivered great results, in a timely manner. They worked well in a challenging environment, kept their cool and showed impressive work-acumen. Knowing this about them, I then hired them to do the build out for my home, we bought a charming 1950s cottage in crestview and wanted to add a master suit. Terry and Chip made sure we got the best architect and understood all the ins and outs of this project. Their workers were diligent and on time, Chip & Terry were always there to make sure things were going well. They always checked in and made sure I understood what was going on with structural changes, etc. It was great being so informed with the process since it is sometimes a bit stressful having work at this magnitude done to your home. What I was also very impressed with was how quickly they got our building permit, right now in Austin that is not an easy process and they did it FAST! We had it done within the time period they said, 3 months and we pretty-much stayed in our budget. The only thing I would say is I wish I knew better some of the designs we wanted ahead of time (like windows, tile) because some decisions need to be made quickly for the work to be done in a timely manner. Our experience with Leveland in building our custom home was a great one! They paid a lot of attention to detail, offered helpful suggestions and were very professional. Throughout the process, we were kept informed of the schedule and upcoming decision deadlines. Their hands-on management style resulted in a fine product that was on time and on budget.

Leveland Homes built our home in 2011. They worked with us and the architect to design a home that met our goals and budget. During construction of the house they kept us informed of all activities and cheerfully accepted changes we requested, always keeping us appraised of the cost impact of the changes. They quickly corrected any mistakes and did an excellent job of coordinating and controlling the many subcontractors. We are very pleased with construction and quality of the house they built and I have no problem recommending them to other potential customers.
