I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Masters Touch Custom Homes. We hired them at the recommendation of ICE Designs (our interior designer) for a total renovation of our home, and the results are truly fantastic. Matt Bailey was incredible to work with from the very beginning. The entire team showed a level of professionalism, respect, and meticulous attention to detail that is rare to find in the industry. We lived in the home during the 8 month process and felt very comfortable with Matt's trades and subs. They never cursed, ate or drank in our home, listened to loud music and even removed dirty shoes without us asking. To speak to the level of detail and care, Matt always had a plan to reduce dust and the mess right down to zippered entrances to portioned off active work areas. What truly set Masters Touch apart was their communication. They kept us informed every step of the way, stuck to the timeline they provided, and were completely transparent about the budget. When unexpected issues arose, as they inevitably do with any large-scale renovation, they were on top of it immediately and presented solutions that were both effective and thoughtful. Matt is quick to respond even when the subject is a problem. The craftsmanship is absolutely superb, and we are constantly receiving compliments on the high-quality finishes. We now have a home that not only looks stunning but also functions perfectly for our family. For anyone considering a major home renovation, we highly recommend Masters Touch. They are honest, skilled, and dedicated to their craft.

Master's Touch Custom Homes has been a close industry partner of ours for the last four years. During this time we have helped them with the window and door selections for six of their custom home projects. Whether looking at large aluminum moving wall systems or custom hand made wood casements Matt Bailey of MTCH always puts great attention to detail in the products he chooses. Matt and his team are customer focused and quality driven which shows in the quality of the homes they produce.

MastersTouch did two major remodeling jobs on my house. In both occasions they did a real good job; practical and atractive design as ell as high quality execution and jobs completed on time and on budget. I do recommend their work and will be very happy to hire them again. Some of their subcontractors are not as reliable as MastersTouch but They do work with the subs to improve their performance.

We purchased an amazing house that Masters Touch was in the process of completing building. The craftsmanship and the detail were absolution amazing, including such items as 3 hand carved doors from Nicaragua, canterra stone enclosure for kitchen hood, two-story high canterra stone fireplace mantle which was a replica of a gymnasium entrance in Spain, accent tilework around front door and wine cellar door, and multiple dome ceilings with rope lighting. Everything is incredibly high quality. We routinely get compliments on the quality of the woodworking including the cabinets and doors. The flow of the house is fantastic and the outdoor space is amazing. Michael and Matt were amazing to work with as we made some modifications as part of buying the home. Both were extremely responsive and expert at their craft. To this day (7 years later), we can reach out to Matt or Michael with questions and we hear back from them within 24 hours. And if anything sounds strange, they're sure to come by the house very promptly. The house as been a joy and has been easy to live in and maintain. We would work with Michael and Matt again in a heartbeat. They are artists who run their business the old fashioned way -- high quality, great customer service and great pride in their work product. I would highly recommend Masters Touch to anyone looking to build or remodel their home. They are a true gem!
