My spouse and I made the decision to purchase a property in South Carolina and construct our ideal retirement residence. We reached out to various local builders in the NMB area, and by some stroke of fate, we came across Allen Mattison from New Castle. Allen has efficiently organized all the necessary contractors, companies, and permits, and has taken the time to meticulously go through the floor plans and construction budget with us, always being available to address any questions or concerns we may have. Although our house is still in the early stages of construction, with the framing and roof already completed, Allen consistently keeps us updated with progress reports and photographs. We recently used New Castle to have a 24x12 rear porch addition. From the initial estimate to the completion of the project all of the people that we communicated with were excellent. Their price was fair and workmanship is outstanding!!

Currently in project design phase.... so far so good. Team is a nice group and communication is good. Pleased with project to date. We 'break ground' in Feb.... chapter 2. Chapter 2. Nearing completion.... I have 'upped' their star rating, pleased with progress, quality of work and communication. A great team of folks! Minor details that were not 'spot on' were corrected to my satisfaction. I evaluate construction for plumb, level and symmetry. Utility rough-in's neat. Finishes, millwork, mechanicals/HW and fixtures pending..... final chapter.
