I can't say that Brent and Deb helped me build my "dream home," because my new home is better than anything I could have dreamed up on my own. Their exceptional communication and project management, coupled with their professional, courteous team of subcontractors, kept the entire process nightmare-free. From the start, I felt comfortable and heard. The architects with whom Brent and Deb connected me were the perfect fit, and all subcontractors for the project were friendly and efficient. Brent and Deb are attentive, aware and exacting project managers and they held weekly communication meetings with me for the duration of the project. They guided me through every step, from breaking ground to selecting the finishes. Even though my style was slightly different from some of their other projects, they "got me" and my preferences and delivered 100%. All this, and the project stayed on schedule and on budget. I recommend this team without hesitation and with deep gratitude

Orchard Hills is owned by Brent and Deb Ingersoll. They've been working with us for nearly 3 years (yes 3 years), during which they completely rebuilt and extended our house (work now complete) and are currently totally overhauling our front and back yards. They are a delight to work with. The quality of their work, project managers, and tradesmen, the attention to detail they exhibit, the integrity with which they operate, and the care they take with their reputation and customer relationships is as good as anyone I've worked with. Of course there are always issues which pop up but they are dealt with quickly and efficiently with no quibbles. Great people, great company.

We had such a great experience working with Orchard Hill Design and Construction (OHDC) for our large renovation project. I had heard so many horror stories from people regarding their builders, but we had no issues with OHDC. It was a year-long project, and it was on budget and on time, which is amazing! Brent and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, skilled and nice to work with. And Deb was extremely helpful with design items such as tile, countertops, etc. The end-product is beautiful! We get so many compliments on the look and quality of our renovated home! We highly recommend OHDC!

OH completed a whole house renovation and substantial addition to our home. Considering the scope of the project, overall they were excellent. From the team's professionalism in all things, their detailed price estimate approach (and process for managing cost changes), their project management, their team approach with us and our architect, the attention to detail, the quality of workmanship, their management of subs... All excellent. And they finished on time. Just. The punch list has taken longer than expected to clear (partly due to subs), but that's a small issue in the big scheme of things. I would wholeheartedly recommend Orchard Hills.

OHDAC renovation on our 1920 Gothic Revial was seemless. The work is exquisite be it refitted plumbing, the gutting, reframing and installation of the kitchen, mud room and powder room, the HVAC system that was installed and is invisiable to the eye. Brent, Deb and all the men who worked on the house are supremely talented and aesthetically inclined. They took a house that everyone wanted to knock down and made it beautiful and functional for a family. Every person was a delight to be around and the project was made more complicated because we were in the house. They are responsive, proactive and perfectionists there were no short cuts. Additionally, the planning that was done to prevent redundancies was exhaustive and we appreciated it very much. The whole experience was incredibly positive. I was genuinely sad the day everyone moved on to the next job but, very excited for the day then they come back and renovate the second and third floors and the bathrooms. These are real craftsmen and wonderful people as well. I cannot say enough great things about them.
