Stonebreaker Builders built a beautiful feature wall in my home in Naples. It turned out just beautiful! They were very professional and efficient. Lead time was very reasonable and designer very easy to work with.

I highly recommend Scott, Alex and Carter for your next project. I remodeled about two thirds of my home including removal of walls, moving the kitchen and adding wood floors From the beginning, they listened to my ideas, gave me many recommendations and ideas and followed up throughout the project. I now have a “new home” and couldn’t be happier. You owe it to yourself to, at least, talk with Stonebreaker before beginning your project.

We could not be happier with the way our guest bathroom remodel project went. The results are better than we could have imagined and working with Scott and Alex was a pleasure. The project was started and completed on schedule an the communication along the way kept us up to date, without us asking. All the people that worked in our home were professional, did an excellent job and also an excellent clean up. They are definitely the ones to call if you want a professional job done with a personal touch. We would give them 10 stars if possible.

STONEBREAKER BUILDERS JUST COMPLETED MY CONDO IN MARCO ISLAND. THEY DID NOT JUST COMPLETE IT THEY TRANSFORMED IT!! IT IS WAY BEYOND WHAT I WAS HOPING FOR. THEY DID A PERFECT JOB AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE REMODEL. THEY WERE VERY RECEPTIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS I HAD AND I AM VERY PARTICULAR! Stonebreaker Builders basically did a complete renovation of the interior and exterior of our home. I am 100% satisfied. Here is why; it starts with the High Character of Scott and Jen Stonebreaker. They have integrity along with a very competent experienced history. Their employees and associates are honest, kind and extremely talented. This chemistry of character and competency will keep Stonebreaker Builders top of the contractors. Through the entire process their employees were clean and proficient with a tidy job site. Their talented design team and construction management is stellar and great to work with. If you are building or renovating do yourself a favor. Talk to Stonebreaker Builders and have a great experience.

We enjoyed working with Scott and Alex on our home improvement project. Alex did a great job sharing her design ideas and helping us making decisions. She communicates well with the project managers and workers and kept the project schedule on time. She did a outstanding job at answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Stonebreaker Builders and Design is a great company to work with on any remodeling or building project.

My husband hired Stonebreakers to do remodelIng in our high rise condo building. We met Scott and really liked Janine, the designer, so we decided to contract them to do the job. However, Janine left midway through our project. to return to Chicago. First let me say that we are pleased with the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, although the end of one kitchen cabinet does not look “finished.” The quartz counter tops are beautiful. The tile flooring throughout also looks nice. Both showers were enlarged and are satisfactory although they did not end up being the tiles we originally selected but were chosen by the designer. (And, of course, everything selected was over budget). The painters also did a nice job removing old wall paper and painting almost all of the unit. We were told by our building manager than the workers were very neat and accommodating. That being said, let me comment about the things with which I am most disappointed: The kitchen backsplash...the tile was delayed in ordering and came late. We were already back in residence when they finally came to finish the kitchen. However, not enough tile was ordered to complete the job!. Then they wanted another $800 to finish even though it was their error. (That really angered my husband who said NO). The Workmen mistakenly put back the old window valances in the living room and dining room, then when they were removed wanted another $200 to patch the holes — even though it was their error. Little globs of grout are stuck on the tile floors. The longer I am residing here, the more I see. The grout should have been cleaned off when job was completed. Some of the grout between the floor tiles is a different color than the rest. Our new stove does not fit squarely into the cabinet space...and the stove was not correctly plugged into the outlet. The electrician had to replace some of the new under cabinet lighting which was loose. Also the light fixture over the powder room vanity was installed so low that the size of the mirror we can use is limited. The electrician wanted $600 to replace the light switch covers (which my husband did himself for a few dollars). Stonebreakers charged a $700 cleaning fee, but nothing was really clean when we arrived. In fact, the kitchen cabinets were still full of sawdust! The floors had a film of dust and had to be washed several times. We really do not know exactly what they cleaned. One other disappointment is the door separating the toilet in the master bathroom. We had asked for a pocket door, sliding door, or folding door. Instead they put a regular door, which is awkward to close when in that small area. Other little irritating things were rust marks on newly tiled floors when paint cans were left in the laundry room, unfixed broken light in the master bedroom closet, spilled coffee stains on the carpet, an unpainted a/c vent, etc.. Overall, the major work by Stonebreakers was satisfactory albeit expensive, but I am disappointed that they did not go “above and beyond” to make sure everything was done properly, especially since we were the first people in our building to ever use them, and certainly could have recommended them to others.

We chose Stonebreaker when it was time to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms in our Florida condo, and we are very happy with the results. Janine, Alex, and Bob were great to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The work was done by our target date too. The condo looks beautiful, and we are really enjoying our new kitchen and bathrooms!

We had the pleasure of working with Stonebreakers Builders and Remodelers for an extensive renovation of our home on Marco Island. We live in the Midwest and it was important to us to have frequent and open comuinication with Stonebreaker during the planning and building process. We are not full time residents in Florida so when we needed to find a dependable contractor to oversee the complete renovation of our entire luxury condominium, a friend referred us to Stonebreaker Builders, Inc. We started with our Bathrooms, and then moved on to the rest of the unit. The result was a beautiful kitchen and flooring throughout. Scott worked with us - incorporating our ideas and suggesting many of his own - to create a one of a kind condo. Janine, the kitchen designer gave us a beautifully designed kitchen with tons of storage and very workable. Our project did not go completely smoothly (though no fault of Stonebreaker) but Scott advised us of all obstacles and overcame them all. Scott worked hard to find quality craftsmen and made sure everything was up to his and my standards. Project came in on time and on budget – no easy feat in Florida!

I had a chance to work with Scott and his team photographing one of their fully remodeled projects and I was very impressed with their quality of work. The materials used were top quality and the attention to detail was top notch. You could tell that they really listened and took in the client's style and needs when designing their home. We could not be more pleased with Scott & Jennifer Stonebreaker and their team! They were highly professional, they did exactly what they said they would, they were very patient and understanding with my changes throughout the process. We were also very happy with the staff they had on site. The guys were all very respectful of our property, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day and did little extras that I asked (moved the trucks when needed, placed the rug down when they completed the interior, etc.) One of things we really appreciated was the promptness of everyone. If Scott said the guys would be out to start work at 8 am they were there at 8 am. Being in Real Estate for the past 29 years, we really know many builders/subcontractors in this area and had our choice of many people to build with. We made the right choice with Stonebreaker Builders!

We worked with Stonebreaker Builders on a complete kitchen remodel in the fall of 2014. With Scott's help, we were able to fine-tune our layout ideas, and he came up with additional design ideas that truly give our room a custom look. We hired Stonebreaker Builders after purchasing our new home. The first floor was very closed off and Scott helped us see the possibilities to have an open floor plan! We recently had the opportunity to work with Jennifer on a complete room makeover for our home office. Though we recently built the house, we were not happy with the standard finish done to the room when built. Jen was very attentive to our desire for something atypical. I believe the room layout was a bit of a challenge given the location of the windows and the built in bookcases. My (the Mr) desire was to have a style that had a masculine approach, but we also wanted furniture and a style that was warm and inviting. As a marketing professional, I can also tend to be pretty particular. Jen did an excellent job in matching all of our needs. She designed an excellent layout and found furniture and materials that were perfect for the space. We highly recommend Stonebreaker's services and are looking forward to working with them on our next projects!

We were reluctant to build a new home with a builder, until we contacted Stonebreaker Builders Custom Homes. We designed our own floor plan, and Stonebreaker did all of the custome woodwork and assisted us with their personal design consultant for the entire home. We our so happy we built our home in this fashion and would highly recommend if you are going to build, to do it custom to your needs using a builder like Stonebreaker. We are verry happy!!!

We recently remodeled our lake home with the help of Jennifer Stonebreaker. We originally saw her work in a Stonebreaker Builders home on the other side of the lake and fell in love with it. We did several rooms and she was able to pull them together beautifully with furniture, fabrics, rugs, window treatments, light fixtures and accessories, while creating the perfect lake atmosphere. The project went smoothly and she had great insight for design space and function!! We also had a bar, several built-ins and woodwork done by Stonebreaker Builders and it is just beautiful. We had a vision and the Stonebreakers definitely made it come true. We got everything on our wish list. If you use them for your next project you will not be disappointed!!

Scott did a wonderful job on our basement. As a realtor I know many builders in the business. I chose Stonebreaker Builders for not only their reputation and quality of work but also the unique and very custom "flair" he added to our plans. I will definately use them again in the future for other projects.
