Dave Moore is an amazing home builder! Dave is the best home builder we have ever seen. Dave is a man of high character and built our dream home with the highest quality materials and subcontractors. Dave’s company was involved in building our customized new home from the selection of our lot all the way thru completion of the home. Our home was built quickly despite unique challenges due to rainy weather, the severe slope of our lot in the woods and the installation of an indoor swimming pool. We never would have built our home if it wasn’t for Dave and we trust him completely!

We love our new home and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to build a new home or remodel. He actually answers his phone, unlike other builders, when we call him. He is working on an outdoor project for us now and has made recommendations to us to save money. You will be highly satisfied with him should you choose to build or remodel.

I recently sold one of Dave's new construction homes and was please with the entire process. My buyer clients were impressed with the attention to detail and amount of quality features offered compared to other comparable new homes. Dave is a custom home builder but was able to scale down to meet my buyers price point, yet offering quality. He is easy to talk to and willing to satisfy the customer.

I first met Dave when we were having a major addition added to our home and found him to not only provide excellent work, but when we had questions or additional thoughts he provided excellent insight and guidance. After this project we have contracted Dave to do several additional, including concrete work, building a front porch and covered patio. The last project was adding a wood burning fireplace and he did a fantastic job. All his work was done on time and on budget. I cannot think of any reason to hire any other contractor for our work.

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by the Dave Moore Co and they were experienced professionals who finished the job and kept the cost as quoted. Dave Moore Companies did an above garage build out for us consisting of a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large 'man cave' area with dedicated HVAC and doors for access to attic areas for storage. Dave was great to deal with, being very professional from the time we first met to get a quote to the end of the project. When small issues arose he was always easy to reach and quickly got the problems resolved. The project ended up taking a week longer than originally forecast but I think that is normal for any construction project when trying to schedule all the different sub-contractors. We are already planning our next project with Dave - another two car garage/workshop.

Great Customer Service. Strong ethical/christian values that show in the quality os service they offer. Was always available to answer questions and point me in the right direction. We had some problems with getting in touch with a sub and Dave Moore and Companies worked hard to either find us another sub or get that sub to finish the job in a timely manner. If Dave Moore and Companies was not there I do not think we would have finished on time. It is always a pleasure to work with Dave Moore and Companies and will use them on future projects.

Demolition of previous addition, add master bedroom suite down, enlarge kitchen, add sun-room. Quality of finished project was excellent. Dave was reasonably responsive to changes, reaching quick agreement on requests, and responding to questions. He and the subs were good concerning offering and discussing suggestions, options, and opportunities on our requests and specifications. Excellent at communicating what was going to happen, any impact on our daily activities, scheduling processes, setting expectations, and responding to calls and questions.

The concept of our home is modern hacienda and The Dave Moore Companies has contributed to this concept with design details like cedar trim above the exterior windows, cedar beams in the great room, a reclaimed wood feature wall, and an outdoor patio with a rustic wood burning fire place. We decided to update our kitchen a couple of years ago which included replacing the countertops, re-doing the cabinets, adding some new appliances as well as some additional cabinetry. Dave did a great job and we LOVE our new kitchen and get many compliments from guests.

My wife and I hired Dave more to build our home. Mr. Moore came highly recommended by a friend. My wife and I had a total of three contractors bid on our home. Mr. Moore was very reasonable and worked with us to help keep our build costs down. We were on a tight budget, and we found that his sub contractor prices were very hard to beat. In all we only used one sub contractor to install the gutters. I believe Mr. Moore now uses him. I have heard that building a home can be one of the most stressful time in a persons life. Mr. Moore was very cooperative and easy to get along with. We came in UNDER budget, by $16,000! Mr. Moore made recommendations on areas where we could save money. For example, we bought our lighting, and stained our concrete floors ourselves. As with most home building, some issues come up. In one instance our bathroom window was put in the wrong place, from the blue prints called for. By the time It was discovered, the window was in, sheetrock was up, and the outside siding was in place. When I called this to Mr. Moore's attention he said he would look into it, and call me back. I really expected Mr. Moore to try and just talk me into leaving the window where it was. Mr. Moore called me back and told me it would be handled. Two days later you could not tell that the window had even been in a different place. Window, sheetrock, and siding were all in their correct place. My wife and I are very happy with our home, and in the event we decide to relocate in this area, we will use The Dave Moore Company again.

Dave is great to work with. My wife and I have used him twice. The first time was to renovate our small 1400sqft home by knocking walls down, complete kitchen renovation, master bath update. The process was smooth and very fast relative to other stories I have heard from friends and family. The second and most recent experience was having Dave build our new home on a tight city lot. He coordinated the pool which had to be built prior to home and then he completed our dream home with very few interuptions. My wife and I are young so Dave was instrumental in helping us plan the home with unfinished space, top of the line insulation, doors, and windows. Our house was featured in a local real estate mag/paper and our firends and relatives love the finished product almost as much as my wife and I. I would used Dave again and have even referred him to my father to help with handicap accessibility when my mom fell ill. He has helped my aunt and uncle with new windows and other jobs and even my brother with an outdoor screened-in porch and roof repairs.

We hired David Moore to finish our bonus room over our 3 car garage. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with and everyone was very professional. They came when they said they would be there, cleaned up after themselves and were very easy to have in our home. I purchased home from company.

We found our dream home as it was in the final phase of construction. We have lived here for 8 years now and have had very few problems. We are pleased with the quality of the house and plan on being here for a long time. Dave Moore put a lot of extras into our home that you do not see in this price range. Guest are always amazed at the beauty of our slate floors and Greek shower. We would use Dave again if we ever build a new house.

My wife and I had an upstairs bedroom/expandable area completed by Dave Moore Companies. Prior to the area being completed, it was unfinished and utilized as a storage space. Dave met with my wife and me and explained what could be done with the space, and was very helpful in supplying ideas that coincided with my wifes and mine. We settled on the specifics and basically sat back and let Dave Moore Companies do what we hired them to do. The expansion was completed in a timely manner and with little to no intrusion on our daily life. We were very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Dave Moore Companies on future projects. I have since referred Dave Moore Companies to a friend who did hire his services on a complete house build.
