TOWN BUILDING COMPANY

I purchased a home from Town Building Company, it was our first home in Birmingham moving here from Atlanta. We are so impressed with the quality and workmanship this home has. Coming from another new build in Atlanta, there is no comparison. The builder, Chris Brocavich was a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased. a new construction home from this company for over $2 Million dollars and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I thought I was purchasing the highest quality home and has been far from that. We have had leaking roof (imagine in a brand new house), Poor quality carpentry work, the hardwood flooring has begun to disintegrate and the owner Christopher Brocavich has done NOTHING! I have attempted to communicate multiple times with Chris and NO reply if you can believe it. Stay away from this company. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!
