“The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms. Igor's work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets were exemplary! His willingness and ability to deliver beyond the original scope of the project without significantly impacting deadlines and budgets was appreciated! I highly recommend this professional!”

“We have had several remodelling projects done by Imagine interior Decorating over the past five years, including living, dining, family, laundry, bathroom, and bedrooms. Each time we were impressed with the quality of the renovation and the courteous and helpful manner in which it was conducted. We did not know where to start for the work seemed to be overwhelming with several trades involved. However, Roger easily developed design solutions, advised on decor ideas and explained any pros and cons. Options were always presented with our preferences in mind. Roger’s knowledge of materials, along with his relationship with trade specialists (electricians, plumbers) simplified the process for us. Roger coordinated the work of any specialists, providing a much-appreciated one-stop shop. His strong sense of decor proved most helpful in taking us shopping for flooring tiles and hardwood, lighting, furniture and window treatments. Imagine Interior Decorating dedicated their time to us until the job was completed. We were very pleased with beautiful improvements to our home which were delivered on time and on budget. “We hired Distinctive Kitchens and Baths (DKB) to design and install a new shower for our ensuite in our new home. The builder had originally installed a small, basic corner shower and we were looking for other options. DKB visited our home, took measurements, offered us options and prepared a written quote the listed all the tasks and materials required to complete the job. The job required the removal of the old shower and the bulkhead that was above it, moving the plumbing in the floor and wall to accommodate the new shower, installing a knee wall, cement board, shower base, tiling, plumbing fixtures, and new customize shower surround. The project also required that the ceiling be repaired as a result of removing the angled bulkhead. DKB sent in all the different trades to handle each job. All the trades laid down floor covers to protect our homes and all were professional, courteous and very friendly. Every day DKB dropped by our home to ensure that everything was going well and to answer any questions that we may have. The project was delivered on time and on budget.”
