“Clinton and 1st Call Remodeling are the Unicorn Contractor (Great work, Great communication, On-time completion), anyone who's hired General Contractors knows that you're lucky to get 2 out of the 3, but we got all with Clinton! We had a full-home remodel needed and reached out to 1st Call after seeing 5 star reviews. Clinton was great, he took his time to assess the property, explain any issues he saw and most importantly, gave us options for fixes. Along with the rest of the house, we completely re-did the kitchen & bathroom, Clinton helped with suggestions on how to make the kitchen feel more open and spacious, and when some electrical challenges arose, he quickly solved those as well. They really go above and beyond with their service and care of the project, we're already looking for more properties to hire them for. Can't recommend 1st Call Remodeling enough!”

“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all - my family and I will never forget the superb job you did on our home; we appreciate it every day.”

“My projected started off as I wanted one side of my deck to have a patio laid instead of the river rock. After talking with Jake I added the other side of the deck to have the river rock removed and a walk-way laid. The project from start to finish took longer then I thought but it was mother natures fault for all the rain. Jake always stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. I am looking forward to this summer to get to enjoy my backyard/patio! Highly recommend Jake!”

“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “Cloonan Design Services provided a turnkey job to add a new 2 car garage with an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area, and completely new landscaping in our back yard area. They provided the design and blueprints for the completed construction. They took the blueprints to our area zoning board for approval. All the contractors chosen for this improvement were highly skilled and diligent in their workmanship. Cloonan Design Services provided a detailed estimate that was fair and just and with the high quality materials.The job was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend their services for any future construction or remodeling.”

“We contacted Richard to do some ceiling repair work after we had a pipe repaired in the ceiling. He sent one of his contractors to repair the hole in the ceiling and retexture the ceiling. The work was completed in a few days and the texture matched the existing texture so well you could not tell where the hole was. The price was very fair and the contractor was very professional and on time. We will be contacting Ricard to help us remodel our kitchen.”
