I am glad I did, her team bent over backwards to help me get my old stuff cleared out & packed up, which I couldn’t do living 325 miles away. They came in & made my house look like it belonged in a glossy magazine & moved in a fantastic couple to look after my home. As an owner, it is almost impossible to see your home as anything short of perfect. Lorelie's outside eyes were the key to getting the house looking more approachable by potential buyers. Lorelie's suggestions were gentle and kind and so on point. The white in the dining room – removing silver and crystal and the “red” were simple but very impactful. People noticed right away – especially the opening up of the living room by removing some chairs that blocked the doors to our beautiful porch. Coffee cups by the coffee pot, champagne on the porch, book left “mid-read” and a pie ready to be baked – all helped make the house feel alive.

Lorelie Brown was most professional in every aspect of my dealings with her. She listened to what my client wanted and what I needed as a real estate agent. She was spot on as to her recommendations needing to be done to home in preparation to getting property ready to stage . She provided bids along with technicians to do work needed from painters, electricians, light fixture companies, locksmiths, carpenters , house cleaners , etc. Her cost estimates , and ability to meet deadlines and to stay within budget was incredible. Her cheerful attitude along with her great staff has made this a wonderful experience along with them providing excellent photography work which I have used in marketing pieces. Furniture and accessories are appropriate for the property and arranged to maximize impact. Work completed on schedule as quoted even though had to deal with rain. Agent recommended we stage our vacant property and suggested this company based experience of other agents with her company. Very happy with results!
