Stefanie is simply brilliant at what she does. She was recommended to us by a friend as we sought some input on some selections we made for our newly built home - everything from counters to tiles to carpet. She worked through all of our selections and offered recommendations and alternatives. She saved us endless hours of selecting items we simply couldn’t decide on - hardwood, carpet and a kitchen backsplash - and was so quick to choose pieces for us. My only regret was not reaching out to her earlier! Finally, Stefanie helped me select the right furniture for our home. She has great taste and really knows her stuff. We love our new home! Thanks for all you help Stefanie.

2 years ago, with a few new pieces and my existing possessions Stefanie Garritty staged and transformed my home from dated and boring to fresh and modern. A few weeks ago (in November, 2017) she consulted with me regarding updating our kitchen cabinets. She has an extraordinary eye and within minutes was able to discuss options, colors, had the entire kitchen measured and an estimate to me within 48 hours. My kitchen went from dated dark stained maple to professionally lacquered cabinets in a modern color that look like they're right out of a show home yet completely belong to the overall style of the house. She employs trades people who care AND she is in constant communication with them and the homeowner. What more can I say? If you want someone to come into your home, give you fresh ideas and options in a timely manner with incredible results. Call her. You won't be disappointed.

Project wrap up was poor. She never did do a final walk through with us to see if we were completely satisfied. My wife and I were both very surprised. Investing just about $40000 to me would warrant a cradle to grave process. Not here!!!!!!!

Stephanie staged my house back in the spring of 2013. She did a fantastic job of making the whole house warm and inviting. She could visualize how to best use the spaces to make it appealing to potential buyers and I didn't have to lift a finger. The house conditionally sold in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the 2013 flood hampered the sale but I would use Design Chic again when the house is ready to go on the market again.

I met Stefanie through a Realtor friend who referred her to me. The first day I met Stefanie I asked her to get a quote on our carpet needs. Within one hour she came back to the project with the samples, I picked out the sample I liked and she had a quote to me within another hour altogether. From there on the project went smoothly Stephanie provided the design and staging. From the day we listed the property for sale, until I was in the lawyers office collecting my cheque, it was a grand total of 13 days. It is all in how you present the property to potential buyers. We set a new sales price per sqft for the neighbourhood. The Design Chick knows her stuff!!! I will be working with Stephanie again and again.
