Canadian Hot Tubs Inc

In my opinion, if you want a hot tub with a strong likelihood of leaking, then Canadian Hot Tubs Inc is the right choice for you. This company, in my experience, sells a hot tub with a known design flaw, but will acknowledge no further responsibility for their product once it has been delivered. The seat mounts on their hot tubs are attached using several lag screws which penetrate the vinyl liner. By their own admission, they are prone to leaking, either upon installation, or over time, and their suggested remedies proved ineffective. What I have found they are exceptionally good at is self promotion, slagging their competition, shifting blame, and denying any responsibility for their product's problems. After jumping through many hoops to try to rectify the issues, I am now left with a leaking and defective hot tub. Buyer beware!

We had a terrible experience with this company. To begin, the cover they marketed as significantly longer lasting than a standard hot tub cover lid began to fall apart within 1.5 years of hot tub purchase. We tried to fix it, it proved unfixable and we had to reach out to the company. The product was completely unwarrantied and so we had to replace the cover. We were originally quoted a price of $585 for the lid, but when we finally went to purchase a few months later they claimed the price had increased to $1935. This seems a lot like opportunistic price gauging - release an inferior product that customers are dependent on, and then only offer replacements at atrocious costs. Despite showing the original quote received for $585 the company cited new management and would not honor this. Very disappointing and would not recommend doing business with this company.

I love my roll up cover. Now that I've had it through 3 seasons, I've really come to appreciate the quality and ease of opening and closing. It was worth the wait!

We bought our first hot tub cover eight years ago and have just recently replaced it with a new one. These covers are durable and functional. They are an excellent alternative to bulky hot tub covers.

Completely worth the wait. This beautiful cover was made to fit our tub. Shipping from Canada to New Mexico was no problem at all and it arrived on time. We had almost immediate replies to our emails and questions from Canadian Hot Tubs. The cover was more expensive than the foam covers but less expensive than the 3 foam covers we have replaced due to curious bears. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

This is our first season with our roll-up hot tub cover from Canadian Hot Tubs and we absolutely love it! We previously had a cover that sat on the water and after a couple of years, soaked up so much water it became almost impossible to take on and off. Given the ease of the roll-up cover, we use the hot tub significantly more. Thank you!!

Canadian Hot Tubs supplied me with a custom made roll top cover for my 19’ HydroPool Swim Spa. The old foam top hot tub covers were problematic. We have been complimented for the Cottage like dominant appearance of the cedar ribs. I like rolling up the cover upon pool entry. But wait ... my electricity invoice arrived today. Here is real news! Our daily average kWh use has decreased by 33%. I am delighted! 33%. Might buy a Tesla with the savings!

We contacted Bryan with Canadian Hot tubs as our hot tub lid (the old standard Styrofoam ones) was broken and waterlogged and weighted about 300lbs. Bryan offers a very unique style of lid that we felt was funky and a better alternative. Bryan was professional and easy to work with. He helped us with the measurement and order process and answered all of our questions quickly and with detail. We had our new lid in 3 weeks after ordering and have ben very impressed with the quality and the durability of the lid. Bryan continues to offer and provide great after sale service and when this lid does eventually need to be replaced we will 100% contact Bryan at Canadian Hot tubs to get our next one!
