Our condominium association is almost 50 years old, and the last update was done about 20 years ago. Needless to say, the appearance of the buildings inside and out was dated and needed improving. We have a very talented Building Committee of owners, but felt that adding a professional designer would bring a cohesiveness and integrated design that would yield a great result. We were not disappointed! Amanda met with our Building Committee on several occasions to discuss design considerations and help guide the renovation ideas. The Committee loved Amanda, her insights, and recommendations. Amanda prepared several concept sheets with various options based on the interests of the Committee members as well as her own recommendations. She then obtained samples of the various options for carpeting, wallpaper, paint, hardware, etc. for everyone to look at, and at the same time showed the combination of selections that she recommended. After laying out the samples in the lobbies, building entries, and building exteriors, the Committee chose Amanda’s recommendations. Amanda then prepared final concept sheets for mailing out to our ninety owners for approval. Seventy-four percent of the owners participated in voting (which is a huge turnout for a condominium association), and all but three people voted in favor of Amanda’s design. The excitement and enthusiasm for what Amanda proposed is high, and we are looking forward to the completion of all of the work over the next year! My husband and I recently purchased a 3 BR, 3 BA, 1600 sq. ft. condo at the beach in Jacksonville, FL. We live out of state and plan to use the condo as a vacation home. We hired Amanda Webster Design to update and completely furnish the unit. I only have good things to say about the entire experience. When we started, my husband and I did not have specific ideas for furniture or for how to update the unit. We did, however, know the look and feel we wanted. We communicated that to the firm, and it was as if they read our minds, giving us EXACTLY the look and feel we were going for. The end result is fantastic, and we could not be happier! Amanda and her team created a plan and budget for each room. They presented a range of options to us, from a complete remodel to minimal updates. They were very mindful of our budget in what they showed us, but were also sensitive to our comments when we wanted to go with something outside of the budget. We never felt pressured to accept any of their ideas. They honestly presented the pros and cons, but always left the final decision to us. They had great ideas for minimal updates with maximum impact. They also had great design solutions for the closets, laundry area, and outdoor patios. We ended up replacing doors, hardware, faucets, mirrors, and wallpaper, and adding overhead lighting, wood walls, and a backsplash. We were VERY impressed with the subcontractors the firm uses. They were all top-notch in their work, trustworthy, careful, tidy, and extremely easy to work with. Amanda Webster Design completely furnished our condo. They selected and installed all the furniture, window treatments, artwork, and accessories. They also selected and ordered all the bedding, towels, dinnerware, flatware, etc. Although we made several trips in order to meet in person and view the progress of the work, Amanda and her team were always very accessible by phone or email, and we accomplished much that way as well. Amanda Webster and everyone at the firm are GREAT people-honest, enthusiastic, dedicated to your project, and full of integrity. We would use them again in a heartbeat. We LOVE our condo and wholeheartedly recommend AWD to everyone!

We hired AWD when we were building our first home. We since purchased a lot and built a beach home and hired AWD again. The team at AWD is great to work with. They have a wealth of knowledge and are very professional. The experience we had working with them on our first house convinced us that we would continue to work with them and would highly recommend them to others. Amanda Webster and her staff are so creative and efficient. Their designs are simply stunning. When I work in their clients' homes, it is like working in a candy store; each room's details are simply amazing and unique. No cookie cutter designs. Her staff is very efficient and they all have great rapport with the clients. I am a professional organizer and I work with space and organization planning for her clients in the blueprint stages as well as working with her clients directly to execute the plans - move-ins and maintenance plans to ensure that their clients belongings are stored with function and aesthetics in mind.

I worked with AWD team in 2012 when I moved into a new house. Their work is impeccable! I had a blast on the project and still joke with the team that I need another project as an excuse to hang out with them.... I used Amanda Webster Design for the building design, furniture and art for my new coastal home. I found Amanda and her team amazing ! Amanda was professional, knowledgeable. creative and worked so well with my Builder (Morales Construction) and Architect (Jaycox). I used Amanda and her firm from the beginning of the building process to the actual move-in. One of the things I loved about Amanda and her team was that they listened to my vision and did not force their style on me yet kept everything consistent and very stylish. They did not allow me to make any mistakes. Also, they were very considerate of my budget and really kept me on plan. Building a home can be a nightmare for some but working with this team of women was a dream. Not only did my house turn out beautiful but I also had a blast building it!

We hired Amanda Webster Design, Inc. for an extensive remodel and to completely furnish our home. Renovations included the whole house – the entire kitchen (plus expansion), butler’s pantry, dining room, foyer, living room, 2 offices, master bedroom, master bathroom, closets, wet bar area, craft room, gym, 5 guest rooms and attached bathrooms, an in-law suite with bathroom, and additions of an outdoor kitchen/bathroom and an elevator. Amanda and her wonderful team are very well prepared and detail-oriented. Amanda and Andrea (our fantastic project manager) worked with us to create a wonderful home with character, fluidity, and lots of function. Their expertise in balancing the aesthetics of design with the functional and practical elements is what impressed us the most and the end results exceeded our expectations. After we finished with the design and layout, they presented our complete vision with specs on each room in a binder that eventually went to the contractor with every item spelled out. Andrea is in constant communication with us and works directly with our contractor/project manager on any problems or questions that arise. Becky, our project designer, was also wonderful to work with. We had to furnish the entire house – furniture, fabrics, rugs, draperies, blinds, wallpaper, lighting fixtures, bedding, wall decor, etc. Each room was designed with its own “personality”, while maintaining a flow throughout the home. Becky was excited to show us several options for each piece and would research more if we didn't find something we loved. Amanda and Becky’s thoughtful consideration of color, fabrics and other materials as well as how to maximize the use of space definitely showed they have the extensive knowledge to add lasting style and value to anyone’s home. After every room was completely designed, Becky presented us with a very large binder with each room’s floor plan, fabric samples, pictures of the furniture – with finishes, lighting fixtures, etc. so we could look back and see what each room was going to look like. We would highly recommend Amanda Webster Design! Amanda and her co-workers are extremely professional, fun to work with and have loads of imagination! They listened to what we wanted to accomplish and they did it with honesty, a sense of humor, and repeatedly prove they have our best interests at heart and really care about our project. Although we are still a work in progress, we can’t wait to see how everything turns out!!

Amanda Webster and her staff are wonderful. I worked with them to redecorate our condo and we could not be happier with the results. They are top notch professionals, using the best tradespeople in the area. The plumbers, painters, and electricians all did a great job too. We started out by brainstorming in the empty condo, sitting on the floor and tossing out ideas, and finished just a few months later with a gorgeous, fully reimagined décor. Amanda is very talented, artistic and unerring when it comes to design. She diplomatically steered us to the right finishings for the space, but respected our tastes and importantly our budget. They are excellent at communicating ( since we are long distance owners) and kept us abreast of all the developments. We had a lovely binder with all the swatches and photos of furnishings to use on our end to help us visualize the final effect. In fact, we recently needed some appliance updates and we did not hesitate to call AWD again . Every time we unlock that condo and walk in, we have the exact result we originally asked for... a sense of "ahhhhh!"
