Dazzle is Christian company and takes ethics very seriously. We care deeply about every customer that is why we have such wonderful reviews on google as well as video testimonials on our instagram.


We tried continuously to meet Mrs. Birnbaums expectations, including but not limited to designing her entire home. Master bedroom, 2 living rooms, dining room, and a master bathroom renovation which her and her husband loved. After a medical emergency Mrs Birnbaum expressed that they could no longer afford our services and would need the money back. We let Mrs Birnbaum know that we would not be able to provide a refund because the services were already provided. We unfortunately had to restrict access to the designs because Mrs Birnbaum cancelled her payment with the credit card company and they got refunded. Unfortunately this ended up in court but because I the owner am a single mother and my daughters were sick the day of I tried to reschedule but she won the lawsuit because I was not able to be there. We take the law seriously and have paid back the majority of the judgment placed by the court. We fully intend on paying it entirely and on time. Unfortunately during this time Mrs Susan birnbaum has left several reviews under different aliases for 2 years now. After further review we realised we are not the only victims of her harsh words. If you click on her profile above you can see she has left 81 other nasty reviews for local business's.

We wish the birnbaums the absolute best going forward and are so very sorry that things ended up the way they did. I find it important to post this information because being transparent with our clientele is so important to me.
