I really enjoyed working with Emily in decorating my Sonoma home. She was very trustworthy and the whole experience was a positive one for me and my family. The home was very important as a family sanctuary and she was able to listen to my needs and understand my overall vision to design a dream environment for me and my family. My husband and I worked with Flethcher Rhodes during a complete remodel project of our home last year. We are beyond happy with the finished product and miss having their smiling faces around. From the beginning their team was estrememly professional and all costs and the amount of work was transparent and or estimated to the best of their ability. While there were very few furniture, fabric, paint or material choices that we did not love when we first saw them, Feltcher Rhodes did not make us feel uncomfortable about asking for changes and they delivered promptly with items we love! Emily helped redo the flooring for my home to open up the main space, as well as help remodel the kitchen, living room, dining room, and master bedroom. She took the time to find the style that matched my needs, and the results speak for themselves, made sure to follow up and offered alternatives when items were out of stock, and when deliveries were delayed, Emily went the extra step to put in furniture so that I could still entertain family and guests in the space.
