I am in awe by the transformation of our great room! Jackie did an incredible job listening to our needs and executing them beautifully. Not only is our space cozy and inviting but it reflects what we treasure most - our family. I was limited on space to display family photos and she not only incorporated an additional shelving unit into the design but reconfigured our existing bookshelf using various size frames and accessories, it's perfect! In addition to our great room, she added a stylish touch to our dining room and bedroom. She is a joy to work with and I look forward to our next project together.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jackie on furnishing and decorating a rented condo in Sheboygan. My husband and I live in another state but were moving from out of the area to occupy the unit in the summer months. So we were starting from scratch on the furnishings and the decor. My lucky day is when I contacted Jackie based on the other strong reviews here. I was immediately impressed by the clarity in her thought, her efficiency and hard-work ethic, her positive nature, and her creative vision for the unit. She made sure to understand my general tastes, preferences, etc. and then, with this in hand, went to work with a rendition of what each room would look like with selected furniture. She also presented selections to date as well as options on remaining components in a powerpoint slide show. Thus, we had a common document to talk through selections … and also a record of what had been selected so far. I call that organization!! Because we had to get so many items for the unit and with the typical lead time for some of the items to be manufactured (e.g., couch), Jackie scheduled the ordering appropriately over several months and stored all items in her warehouse she uses until it was time for delivery (when the rental began). When each piece came in, she ensured it was in perfect condition. She was there with her delivery team at the time of the delivery; she got all pieces/décor items set up so that when she left, it was perfect! I absolutely love the choices she offered and we ended up selecting. The place is beautiful and I owe it all to Jackie. You will not go wrong working with her. She’s exceptional at her craft.

Jackie was nothing less than AMAZING! She spent time with us to get to know what we were looking for, in our remodel. Less than 2 weeks, she had a beautiful 3D image of exactly what we were looking for. THE best decision I made was getting Jackie to design our kitchen…..textremely talented, conscientious, time sensitive, caring… I could go on and on……. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in our designer!

Jackie was incredibly helpful in all aspects of my large remodel project. Her vision for my home exceeded all expectations and involvement streamlined the process and alleviated a great deal of stress. I am very pleased with how it all turned out. We recently remodeled our master bathroom and are so grateful for Jackie's guidance throughout the process. She listened to our need to keep us on track with limited, but thoughtful selections so we would not get overwhelmed with too many options as well as the need to be persistent and push me forward on decisions to avoid delays. She provided an updated aesthetic and creative options to consider for the space. When the time came to make selections on tile, cabinetry, lighting, wall color, etc, she had samples along with 3D renderings which really helped us visualize. The contractors were professional and knowledgeable and the overall process smooth.

I originally contacted Jackie to update our guest bedroom. After seeing the results, I expanded the project to include every room in my house. The transformation has been amazing, and I am so happy with the results. She brought creativity and style to each design, and was so easy to work with. She was always well prepared with several options for me to consider. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jackie to anyone looking to make a change to their home.

I absolutely love the changes Jackie made to my home! I was itching for a 'refresh' in various spaces and she exceeded my expectations. From pillows, to wall decor, to custom window treatments and even accessories, Jackie maintained the integrity of my home while introducing items I never would have on my own. Jackie Nugent of In Design Etc, LLC was exceptional in designing and orchestrating my kitchen and bathroom remodel. Before demolition, she created a timeline that held true to the finish. Communication with the contractor, plumber and electrician was ongoing. She enlisted a very professional crew. I personally have difficulty making decisions or visualizing an end result. Jackie took the reins on providing a few choices, based on my taste, and had helpful suggestions to follow once a choice was made. i.e. backsplash to match cabinets to match hardware to flow with existing flooring and appliances, etc. And that is just my kitchen! She designed the entire bathroom as well, closing off awkward doors, extending a wall for more space, in addition to more beautiful updates. Jackie was great at keeping the integrity of my older home. On my own, I chose a cupboard design that was far too modern for my home! She suggested a similar cupboard that was a better fit to the age/design of my home that I liked just as much. It certainly flowed better with the rest of the house. I would not have thought to be mindful of that! I 100% recommend Jackie for your design project, big or small. She is passionate about design and it shows.

We just completed a sizable remodel of my husband's office. The space was in dire need of an update, and we knew we needed a professional to guide us through the process. Jackie's passion for design was evident from our first appointment, and her upbeat personality made each meeting fun and enjoyable. The end result was fantastic! The staff and clients have commented on the overall look, comfortable seating, and built-in kitchenette. All who enter love the design. We couldn't be more pleased!

Working with Jackie was great! I am loving my newly refreshed foyer and changes in the kitchen. She suggested ideas and concepts that I never would have come up with on my own. I look forward to having her expert touch reflected in my dining room and master bathroom in the near future.
