Shan's Pour La Maison Inc.

We first hired Pour La Maison, Inc. (PLM) in 2010 to redo a 3 bedroom 3.5 house, completely design and decorate a historic guest house, stables and pool area in Montecito, CA. Since then she has done a second house for us in Montecito, four houses in Houston, two in London and is currently working with us on a house in Roundtop Texas. Each house has had it's own wonderful feel and "flavor". Obviously, we are very pleased with her work! She listens to us and is very flexible. It is so refreshing to work with someone who, when they show you a fabric or piece of furniture you don't like, doesn't try to justify why you need it! Shan just says - OK let's try something else! She is amazingly talented in finding just the right piece or accessory to fit your personality and the home. She works within our budget and is very creative in finding pieces that work with the style you want. PLM billing is easy to work with, always prompt and accurate. Our contractors on each house always LOVE working with her - she creates a true team spirit with mutual respect. Our deadlines have ALWAYS been met. Shan drives the project by including everyone and has a great communication style. She works very hard for you. We would highly recommend Shan for your project - you will be very happy with the results!
